INNOVATION APPROACH IN CRITICAL EMERGENCY CASES WITH SEVERE OBSTETRIC HEMORRHAGE
AbstractIn this report discusses the outcomes of 485 critical cases of massive obstetric hemorrhage and experience of stopping the coagulopathical hemorrhage using innovative technology in 336 pregnant women (including the conservation of the uterus – 157 (46, 7%) of cases, of whom 105 cases of hypogastric artery ligation and 52 cases of uterine artery ligation).

HYPOTHALAMIC-PITUITARY RELATIONSHIP AND IMPULSE HORMONE SECRETION IN GIRLS-TINAIDGERS- INTERNAL MIGRANTS WITH PRIMARY AMENORRHEA
AbstractRatio of gonadotropic hormones, prolactin and sex steroid hormones in blood of 58 patients with primary amenorrhea have been studied. Hypergonadotropic amenorrhea has been revealed in one third of patients, normogonadotropic amenorrhea has been diagnosed in every fourth patient, and hypogonadotropic amenorrhea has been found in 15 patients. Test with luteinizing hormone releasing hormone, determination of impulse secretion of gonadotropins and using urological method will give more detailed information on level and nature of alteration of ovarian function.

Bhaktapur, 1402 – 2791 m. l. un. s) and Arabian peninsula (Yemen, duan Al-Govera, 2200-2800 m. l. und. s).
