THE REPRODUCTIONS PROBLEMS OF THE WOMEN IN HIGH MOUNTAINS REGIONS
AbstractIn this research presented the study differential analysis of the reproductions problems (menarche, fertility), the characteristic of clinical course gestation and labor, the hemodynamic features of adaptation and hemostasis in women living in high mountains regions of the world: middle Tien – Shan and high altitudes the regions of Pamir - (Daurat- Korgon, Murgab 3000-4500 m) and Himalaya (Nepal, c. Bhaktapur, 1402 – 2791 m. l. un. s) and Arabian peninsula (Yemen, duan Al-Govera, 2200-2800 m. l. und. s).

INNOVATION APPROACH IN CRITICAL EMERGENCY CASES WITH SEVERE OBSTETRIC HEMORRHAGE
AbstractIn this report discusses the outcomes of 485 critical cases of massive obstetric hemorrhage and experience of stopping the coagulopathical hemorrhage using innovative technology in 336 pregnant women (including the conservation of the uterus – 157 (46, 7%) of cases, of whom 105 cases of hypogastric artery ligation and 52 cases of uterine artery ligation).

HYPOTHALAMIC-PITUITARY RELATIONSHIP AND IMPULSE HORMONE SECRETION IN GIRLS-TINAIDGERS- INTERNAL MIGRANTS WITH PRIMARY AMENORRHEA
AbstractRatio of gonadotropic hormones, prolactin and sex steroid hormones in blood of 58 patients with primary amenorrhea have been studied. Hypergonadotropic amenorrhea has been revealed in one third of patients, normogonadotropic amenorrhea has been diagnosed in every fourth patient, and hypogonadotropic amenorrhea has been found in 15 patients. Test with luteinizing hormone releasing hormone, determination of impulse secretion of gonadotropins and using urological method will give more detailed information on level and nature of alteration of ovarian function.

STUDY OF THE CAUSES OF ACUTE ODONTOGENIC INFECTION
AbstractThe analysis of the causes of acute odontogenic infection in patients who have received treatment in oral and maxillofacial surgery from 2010 to 2012. A frequent cause of acute Odontogenic inflammatory diseases is late diagnosis at early stages of disease development, little used radical methods of treatment, there is no continuity between the various institutions. Notes that, despite the significant increase in doctors and dentists, dental offices, there is an increase in the number of Pyo-inflammatory diseases.

AbstractThe aim of the study was to examine the state of public awareness and the subsequent development of necessary recommendations to eliminate these diseases. Conducted a survey on people’s awareness about the transmission of helminth infestations. The survey results indicate a low awareness of the Republic of Tajikistan on the transmission of helminth infections. The problem is the prevalence of parasitic infestations in families Tajikistan highly relevant and requires the development of primary and secondary prevention.

THE HYGIENIC EVALUATION OF INDICATORS OF LA- BOUR INTENSITY REGARDING OF THE CHILDREN- WHEELBARROW WORKERS AT THE CENTRAL MARKET OF OSH
AbstractThe work presents the results of the hygienic evaluation of labour intensity of 37 children and teenagers working as wheelbarrow workers at the central market of Osh. The obtained results indicate the significant intensity of labour of children and teenagers leads defin the work conditions as the harmful ones - class 3, degree 3. The work in these conditions leads to constant functional changes, resulting in increase of oc- cupational morbidity, appearance of the primary characters or slight occupational diseases during exposure.

EXHALED BREATH TEMPERATURE, A NEW INFLAMMATION BIOMARKER IN CHILDREN’S BRONCHIAL ASTHMA
AbstractExhaled breath temperature (EBT) was studied in 29 children with bronchial asthma during exacerbation and after it by means of X-Halo device. 27 healthy children were examined as controls. EBT in bronchial asthma patients was significantly higher during exacerbation compared to controls, and dropped to the readings in controls after exacerbation was cured.

ANTIOXIDANT THERAPY FOR HIGH COMPLICATED MYOPIA
AbstractPatients with high myopia up to 10,0D - 9 patients, (18 eyes) and above 10,0D - 21 patients, (42 eyes) conducted and antioxidant therapy. Before and after treatment were determined by indicators of lipid peroxidation in tears HPL, NL, DK, OR. There is a significant decrease in performance HPL and the NL in both groups after treatment. Thus, if the pre-treatment of patients with myopia above 10,0D figures were - 0,89 ± 0,22 and 1,67 ± 0,12, after treatment 0,76 ± 0,13 and 1,62 ± 0,13. The significant decrease in OI after treatment was found among patients with myopia up to 10,0D in both periods of observation. Thus, an antioxidant therapy significantly improves metabolic processes among patients with high complicated myopia. The duration of the therapeutic effect after treatment in patients ascertained for six months.

SPORADIC CASE OF SPINAL-BULBAR AMYOTROPHY KENNEDY
AbstractIn given article sporadic case of Kennedy amyotrophy, a rare X-linked recessive form of spinal amyotrophy submitted, which is diagnosed based on clinical and electromyographic data. It was important to consider differential diagnosis of diseases that cause disturbances in the lower motor neurons in the motor nuclei of cranial nerves such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, and chronic form of tick-born encephalitis.

EVALUATION OF DATA OF THE LIVER ELASTOMETRY IN COMPARISON WITH THE CLINICAL STAGE OF LIVER CIRRHOSIS BY CHILD-PUGH CLASSIFICATION
AbstractTo assess compliance with clinical and biochemical blood parameters to the liver Fibro scan we performed the retrospective analysis of medical records of 30 patients with chronic viral hepatitis (CVH) B, C, and a combination of B and D. Established that the data of clinical and laboratory studies in patients with CVH are not always quite accurately determine the severity of chronic diffuse liver disease.
