ИННОВАЦИОННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ОКАЗАНИЮ НЕОТЛОЖНОЙ ПОМОЩИ ПРИ КРИТИЧЕСКИХ СЛУЧАЯХ С ТЯЖЕЛЫМИ АКУШЕРСКИМИ КРОВОТЕЧЕНИЯМИ
Аннотация
В данном сообщении обсуждаются исходы 485 критических случаев массивных акушерских кровотечений и опыт остановки коагулопатических кровотечений с применением инновационной технологии у 336 рожениц (в т.ч. с сохранением матки – 157 (46,7%) случаях, из них у 105 перевязка подвздошных артерий и 52 случая перевязки маточных артерий).
