INNOVATION APPROACH IN CRITICAL EMERGENCY CASES WITH SEVERE OBSTETRIC HEMORRHAGE

In this report discusses the outcomes of 485 critical cases of massive obstetric hemorrhage and experience of stopping the coagulopathical hemorrhage using innovative technology in 336 pregnant women (including the conservation of the uterus – 157 (46, 7%) of cases, of whom 105 cases of hypogastric artery ligation and 52 cases of uterine artery ligation).
