COMPARING DIFFERENT GRAFT MATERIALS CHOSEN IN A SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PENILE DEVIATION CAUSED BY PEYRONIE’S DISEASE
AbstractPeyronie’s disease is the disease, which is hard amenable to conservative treatment. To cover a tunical defect associated with plaque treatment after, applying patch methods, using a different
kinds of graft materials autologous or non-autologous. Plaque removal with tunical replacement and plication often results in additional penile shortening. Patch replacement of the scarred area does not have this disadvantage, but the ideal material has not yet been found.
In this paper we reviewed data over the last 10 years papers have been found. We observed and discussed different outcomes after patching procedures. -
TREATMENT OF SECONDARY INFERTILITY IN PATIENTS WHO HAVE UNDERGONE ANAMNESIS SURGERY FOR STRICTURE

This makes it necessary to conduct research aimed at identifying risk factors for the occurrence of reproductive disorders in men. In this paper results of treatment of patients with secondary infertility in men in anamnesis who underwent surgery for stricture of the urethra are given. The use of L-arginine has shown that the qualitative and quantitative indices of the spermogram are improved.

plications, which in half of patients develop during surgical treatment or in the nearest postoperative period.
Maintenance of indicators of general and central hemodynamics is the most important condition for the prevention of thrombosis. The publication reviews a comparative analysis of the use of anticoagulants of indirect action - fractiparin and antiplatelet agents - salicylic acid preparations in the prevention of thrombosis in patients who underwent surgical treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia. -

DIAGNOSIS OF PATHOLOGICAL VENOUS DRAINAGE PENIS IN PATIENTS WITH VENOGEN ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
AbstractMSCT with intracavernous contrasting in comparison with traditional pharmacocavernosography has more diagnostic value and allows to judge authentically about the state of the venous system of the penis. The construction of a three-dimensional image in various modes when performing a MSCT with intracavernous contrasting allows to clearly visualize the features of venous drainage of the penis and choose the optimal treatment option for each individual patient. The effectiveness of diagnosis of venous erectile dysfunction with the definition of the type of pathological venous drainage increases to 100% when using MSCT, which is accompanied an improvement in the results of treatment of this disease.

THE KIEL KNOTS TECHNIQUE FOR TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL AND ACQUIRED PENILE DEVIATION
AbstractWe propose a surgical correction of the penile curvature applying a technique based on the 16-dot placation technique modified by burying the knots in a shallow trough of incised tunica. We entitle this modification the “Kiel Knots”. Material and methods: 35 patients with a penile deviation, average age 36.8 years (24 - 52) were operated. Follow-up time was 26 months. In 12 patients the deviation was congenital, in 23 patients it was an acquired deviation. The deviation was >30˚in all patients. Surgical technique: Buck’s fascia was incised exposing the tunica albuginea opposite the curvature. 8 dots were marked bilaterally on the tunica albugineaand a 5 mm incision along the marks was made without cutting into the Corpus cavernosum. Instead of plicating with one suture for 4 dots, our modification uses one suture for two dots with the knot buried in a shallow trough created by a scalpel. Results: The average operation time was 64 minutes. We observed a loss of penile length in 30% of the patients (0.5 - 1 cm). There were no problems with erectile function. In a follow-up of 2 years, 90% of the patients remained without recurrence of deviation. None of patients reported problems with the suture knots.
Conclusion: Our technique achieves penile straightening with minimal loss of length and no erectile dysfunction.

OVERACTIVE BLADDER SYNDROME TREATHMENT IN PATIENTS WITH BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA
AbstractAbout half of patients with BPH have OAB symptoms. Nevertheless, anticholinergics do not find wide application for medication treatment of BPH, due to the risk of development of such an undesirable complication, as an acute urinary retention. The combination treatment with alpha-blockers and anticholinergics is promising and leads to significant improvement of quality of life of BPH patients with OAB symptoms.

URETHRAL PLASTIC IN PATIENTS WITH PROXYMAL FORMS OF HYPOSPADIAS
AbstractIn the work were presented the results of surgical treatment of 96 patients with paroxysmal forms
of hypospadias, aged from 3 to 26 years. Of all patients, we divided into 3 groups: the first group of 30 patients was operated with the method of buccalurethroplasty in the modification of the clinic, the second group of 35 patients was operated by the Dupley method and the third group of 31 patients were operated using the Landerer method. In the analysis of complications in 3 groups of patients, the next were established, we noted both early and late postoperative complications. The main complications that have been observed in patients are: urethral fistulas, hair growth in the urethral lumen, urethritis and the remote postoperative period there was psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Summing up the evaluation of the results of surgical treatment of hypospadias, it is important to note the next. Using three techniques for surgical correction of hypospadias, we obtained a significantly greater number of complications in the Dupley and Landerer operation compared with the operation of buccalurethroplasty with the use of a continuous screw-in sealed joint.

PREVALENCE AND MORTALITY RATE OF PROSTATE CANCER IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
AbstractThis article discusses the state of morbidity and fatality of patients with prostate carcinoma in the Kyrgyz Republic. It is identified, that there is high level of fatality along with low morbidity of prostate carcinoma. More than 2/3 of initially detected carriers of prostate carcinoma are registered in III-IV stage of neoplastic process. Introduction of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in the country led to increase of the level of patients with I and II stage of illness. In Kyrgyzstan, there are all pre-conditions and possibilities for carrying out the screening of prostate carcinoma. Application of screening in Kyrgyzstan creates condition for active detection of patients with prostate carcinoma, in this turn it will lead to growth of number of patients with early stages of illness. Thus, in order to improve the results of treatment of prostate carcinoma, it is necessary to detect patients with early stages of prostate carcinoma. Therefor, this poses the question of active search of this category of patients.

PERCUTANEOUS PUNCTIONAL NEPHROSTOMY IN TUBERCULOSIS URETHRITIS: DIAPEUTIC OPPORTUNITIES
AbstractAbstract. In this study we present a results of ethiopatogenetic and surgical treatment of 146 patients with kidney tuberculosis complicated by tuberculosis ureteritis. It was defined that a long term ethiopatogenetic therapy of kidney and ureter tuberculosis didn’t lead to regress of retention and functional death of organ in majority of cases. Percutaneous nephrostomy performed timely allowed to preserve kidneys function in 84,3% of cases and increased the opportunities of bacteriological verification up to 21,4%. The early kidney drainage combined with chemotherapy is sufficiently better than only antimicobacterial treatment. This method leads to fast reduction of chronical kidney failure, subsequently allows to perform more reconstructive operations. Thus, decompression of kidney in tuberculosis ureteritis, performed timely, improves its function and urinodynamics and also leads to decreasing amount of nephrectomy but increases the amount of reconstructive surgeries.
