СРАВНЕНИЕ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ ТРАНСПЛАНТАЦИОННЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ, ВЫБРАННЫХ ДЛЯ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ИСКРИВЛЕНИЯ ПОЛОВОГО ЧЛЕНА, ВЫЗВАННОГО БОЛЕЗНЬЮ ПЕЙРОНИ
Аннотация
Болезнь Пейрони (БП) - это болезнь, которая тяжело поддается консервативному лечению. Для удаления оболочного дефекта и устранения фиброзных бляшек, применяются методы заплаты, с использованием разных трансплантационных материалов. Удаление фиброзных бляшек, с заменой ипликацией белочной оболочки, часто приводит к дополнительному укорочению полового члена. Заплаточная замена пораженного участка не имеет таких недостатков, но идеальный материал еще не найден. В этой статье мы проанализировали данные за последние 10 лет.
