Peyronie’s disease is the disease, which is hard amenable to conservative treatment. To cover a tunical defect associated with plaque treatment after, applying patch methods, using a different
kinds of graft materials autologous or non-autologous. Plaque removal with tunical replacement and plication often results in additional penile shortening. Patch replacement of the scarred area does not have this disadvantage, but the ideal material has not yet been found.
In this paper we reviewed data over the last 10 years papers have been found. We observed and discussed different outcomes after patching procedures.
