    Resume: The study shavis the incidence of H. infection in the republic presentsdurig 2013-2018 years. It presents as a result of preventive measures, the incidence of Hib infection tends to decrease. The study of the resistance of the Hib antimicrobials identified resistance to some B-lactam antibiotics. But in connection with the features development of the Hib infection, antibiotics should be ahhlied against all representatives of the isolated micrjbial association.

  • PATHOMORPHOLOGY OF THE MICROCIRCULATORY BED WITH A PROGRESSIVE COURSE OF ISCHEMIC STROKE

    Abstract

    Summary: The investigation showed that microcirculation has own pecularities in different forms of progres­ sive ischemic brain lesions. Original dynamic changes of amount deusity, hole and cross-section square of vessels were revealed. General cross-section of standard venous value may be used as diagnostic indicator of venous stagnation development revealing in different level during whole investigation duration. Destructive changes originate in the counterpart (intact) brain hemisphere.

  • EVALUATION OF EFFICACY OF VIFEX SYRUP IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE AND SUBACUTE COUGH

    Abstract

    Resume: The randomized controlled clinical trial for evaluation of efficacy of Vifex syrup on parameters of global health assessment and quality of life of pulmonary in-patients with moderate or severe acute/subacute cough was conducted in National Center of Cardiology and Internal Medicine. In comparison with patients in control group, addition of Vifex syrup to the main therapy regimen in experimental group after 5th day of therapy resulted in clinically and statistically significant improvement of cough frequency and severity (meas­ ured by VAS), cough daytime intensity (measured by verbal range scale of Cough daily intensity diary), and physical constituent of quality of life of patients (measured by Leicester Cough Questionnaire). Obtained data demonstrates efficacy and safety of Vifex syrup in relief of unpleasant symptoms severity in comparatively short time and significantly improvement of global health status, nocturnal sleep and quality of life in patients with persistent distressful and annoying cough.

  • CLINICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF SEVERE FORM OF FOOD BOTULISM

    Abstract

    Summary: Cases of food botulism are registered in the Republic annually, often occurring in severe form and may be fatal. This article analyzes 24 cases of patients with severe forms of food botulism. The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical, epidemiological and laboratory with reaction of neutralization in mice. The toxins A, B, C and E were isolated. The disorders of swallowing and breathing are important in severe form of botulism, as well, as late diagnosis. Improvement of the state and regression of neurological symptoms in severe botulism occurred for 2-3 weeks of the disease.

    Abstract

    Summary: In the article the characteristics of the dynamics of the incidence of brucellosis in people after the implementation in 2010 of vaccination of small ruminants (sheep and goats) in the Kyrgyz Republic. The absence of vaccination of cattle maintains the disease at a still high level, as evidenced by the increase in acute forms of brucellosis in the last two years. The clinical picture was studied on the example of hospitalized patients in the Republican clinical infectious diseases hospital in Bishkek.

    Abstract

    Summary: Abstract: the article analyzes the etiological structure of severe forms of viral hepatitis on the example of patients admitted to the intensive care unit of the Republican clinical infectious diseases hospital in Bishkek. The age aspect of the sick, epidemiological anamnesis, clinical symptoms, concomitant pathology laboratory data were studied in detail. Identified the prevalence (37%) undifferentiated viral hepatitis, hepatitis of other etiology, with the highest frequency (92.9%) of deaths.

  • USING THE MOUNTAIN CLIMATE OF KYRGYZSTAN FOR TREATMENT THE PATIENTS WITH IDIOPATHIC THROMBOCYTOPENIC PURPURA

    Abstract

    Resume. The article presents the results of rehabilitation programme for children with Idiopathic Thrombocy­ topenic Purpura (ITP) in the settings of mid- altitude (1760 meters) with subsequent treatment programme in high altitude in-patient care Tuya-Ashuu hospital (3200 meters). Out of 12 children received high altitude climate therapy, 2 children achieved - full remission, 7 children achieved - partial remission, 2 children showed transient improvement of clinical-hematologic indicators. Complete absence of the effectiveness was recorded in 1 child. Significant positive clinical results achieved in majority of patients in high-altitude settings persisted in the long term (during 6 and 12 months). Conclusion: Clinical-hematologic remission achieved in 75% children and 62% adults.

    Abstract: To prevent complications of diabetes mellitus 2, it is necessary to achieve normoglycemia by opti­mizing treatment. One of them is the introduction of new generations of drugs, for example, an inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase-4 in combination therapy. Advantage is not only the elimination of metabolic violations, but also the preservation of pancreatic cell activity and stimulation of insulin secretion. The article presents a modern analysis of the literature on the efficacy and safety of dipeptidylpeptidase-4 in combination therapy and its own experience in its use.

    Abstract

    Summary: Yersiniosis infections are widespread, characterized by significant polymorphism of clinical man­ ifestations with damage to various organs and systems. The article analyzes the clinical and laboratory features of the diagnosis of pseudotuberculosis and intestinal yersiniosis in 30 patients hospitalized in the RCIM during 2015-2017. The cause of infection was consuming of fresh vegetables, fruits and salads. Clinical picture didnt change its classical features even contemporary diagnosis and also in adequately conducted etiotropic therapy it was characterized by uncomplicated course with subsequent recovery.

  • CLINICAL AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF MUMPS IN ADULTS

    Abstract

    Summary: The results of clinical and epidemiological observation of 54 patients with mumps are presented in this article. These patients were hospitalized in the Republican hospital of infectious diseases in period 2015­ 2017 years. The analysis of the obtained data showed a more frequent occurrence of the disease at the age of 15-20 years and an increase in combined glandular forms, including 40,7% with orchitis. The epidemic rise of mumps is observed in the winter-spring period.

    Abstract

    Summary: To assess the results of traditional organ-preserving surgeries and the results of the method of abdomination of the fibrous capsule in 180 patients. In 77 patients the method of capitonage and invagination was used, omentoplasty according to R.P. Askerkhanov and 103 patients underwent abdomination. After capitonation and intussusception, complications occurred in 15 (19.5%), and after complication abdomination in 10 (9.7%). There were no lethal outcomes in both groups.

  • ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH INTESTINAL ANASTOMOSIS

    Abstract

    Resume: A retrospective analysis of the case histories of 67 patients with intestinal anastomoses was carried out. There were 42 males and 25 females, the age of patients ranged from 25 to 78 years, an average of 62 ±1.7 years. Total complications revealed 11 (16.3%), including wound, intra- and extra-abdominal. In the post­ operative period, inconsistency of the intestinal sutures was noted in 6 (8.9%) of 67 patients, 2 (2.9%) died.

    Abstract

    Resume: Results of 22 patients with pancreatonecrosis, which were operated with the use of drug therapy before and after the operation, are given. The first group (10 patients) received traditional therapy, and patients of the second group included antibiotic-lymphotropic mixture and total ozonotherapy (12 people). The best results were obtained in the second group.

    Summary: There are shown results of operative treatment of echinococcosis of the liver in 188 patients, who been radically operated (42 persons) and Organ saving operation (146 persons). In the short time we have found 4 (9.5%) patients with complecations who had been radically operated but there were no cases of echi­nococcosis Relapse. After organ saving operations, we have found complications in 18 (12.3%) persons, Re­lapse echinococcosis were found in 3 (2.1%) persons after 2 years.

  • THE SURGERY TREATMENT RESULTS OF ACHALASIA CARDIA

    Abstract

    Resume: There were presented the results of the oesophagocardiomyotomy on Geller-De Brune Groeneveldt in 16 patients at the age of 18-66 with the achalasia cardia (AC). Male - 6, Female - 10. The disease duration from 1 year to 6 years. The 3rd stage of the disease was confirmed in 12 of the patients, 2nd stage - 4 patients. The confirmation was made by fluoroscopy of the esophagus and gastroscopy. Oesophagocardiomyotomy was made in our clinic to 13 of the patients by laparotomy access. 3 patients were performed the oesophagocardi-omyotomy with anterior gemioesophagofundoplication by Dor techniques using of endo-video surgical tech­ nologies. During the surgery and in early post-surgery periods a specific complications related to the surgery were not detected. Lethal cases are absent. Long-term results were studied among 10 patients (from 6 months to 5 years). All of the patients felt satisfactorily, dysphagia and pyrosis were not detected, recovery of weight and improvement of general health condition were observed.

    Abstract

    Annotation: In this study, statistical analysis of data on epidemiology, the effectiveness of surgical treatment, and the further quality of life with metastatic brain lesions over the past three years (2015-2017) was used. With the improvement of early diagnosis, which provides timely detection of solitary, miliary and small metastases, leads to the conclusion that, at the slightest cerebral symptomatology, it is necessary to diagnose for the presence of metastasis in the brain. Over the years, the frequency of treatment of patients with metastatic brain lesions has increased in the Kyrgyz Republic. Thus, rational surgery of tumor metastases in the brain can be considered a method of choice, which allows to increase the duration and improve the quality of life for operated patients.

    Summary: Research o f 100 breast and early age children, the inhabitants o f the Kirghiz Republic various regions receiving hospitalization in The National Center o f welfare o f motherhood and childhood concerning acute bronchopulmonary pathology is carried out. It is defined, that in investigated groups there is a consider­ able number o f cases o f the nutrition status disorders with relative density increase with the years. The m ost significant mistakes in the food organization o f children o f 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-2 years are revealed. B y comparison o f groups o f often and rather seldom ill children, the greatest relative density o f mistakes in the food organization o f children in the first group is established.
