ОЦЕНКА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ СИРОПА ВАЙФЕКС У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ОСТРЫМ И ПОДОСТРЫМ КАШЛЕМ
Аннотация
Резюме: На базе НЦКиТ было проведено рандомизированное клиническое исследование с целью оценки влияния сиропа Вайфекс на показатели общего самочувствия и качества жизни больных пульмонологического стационара с острым/подострым средневыраженным или тяжелым кашлем. Было показано, что, в отличие от группы контроля, при добавлении к основному режиму терапии сиропа Вайфекса после 5-го дня лечения статистически и клинически значимо уменьшалась тяжесть проявлений кашля по визуальной аналоговой шкале (ВАШ) (как частота, так и интенсивность), а также - показатели шкалы суточной интенсивности кашля (ШСИК) и физическая составляющая качества жизни пациентов по вопроснику кашля Лечестера (ВКЛ). Полученные данные демонстрируют эффективность и безопасность сиропа Вайфекса у пациентов с продолжительным мучительным и раздражающим кашлем в относительно быстром снижении тяжести неприятных симптомов, а также - в существенном улучшении их общего состояния, ночного сна и качества жизни.
