НОВЫЕ НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ САХАРНОГО ДИАБЕТА 2-ТИПА В КЫРГЫЗСТАНЕ
Аннотация
Резюме: Для профилактики осложнений СД 2-типа необходимо достижение нормогликемии за счет оптимизации лечения. Одним из них является внедрение новых поколений лекарств, например, ингибитора дипептидилпептидазы-4 в комбинированной терапии. Преимуществом является не только устранение метаболических нарушений, но и сохранение активности клеток поджелудочной железы и стимулирование секреции инсулина. В статье приведены современный анализ литературы по изучению эффективности и безопасности препарата дипептидилпептидазы в комбинированной терапии и собственный опыт его применения.
