    Abstract

    Resume. The paper first presents the literature and the results of their research-based FMC number 9, number 2 FGP, plot number 5 Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, dedicated to modern ideas efficacy of the drug Akvadetrim (aqueous solution of vitamin D 3) for the prevention of rickets in children. For studies of the 30 children were selected from a variety of risk factors, of 1 month to 1 year. These findings support the position that rickets is a multifactorial disease in the pathogenesis of which is very important deficiency of vitamin D. The efficacy of using proven Akvadetrima for prevention of rickets using a fractional basis over 6 months.

    Resume. 24 child took part in study with innate heartvalvular disease, which was heart undergo catheterization since December 2012 to May 2013, in department of the pediatric cardiology of the medical faculty of the Gazy university.
    The Degree of the pain perception increased at Analgesia using factors comparison during procedure and at period IV hip interference (p<0,001 and p=0,005).

    Abstract

    Resume. The article is reflected experience medication treatment of 22 child with diagnosis “Haemangioma” of different localization by preparation “Propranolol” on the base NCOMCHW. Evaluated efficiency and safety of the child haemangiomatreatment with using Propranolol – therapy. The Improvement was reached beside all patients. Propranolol - therapy has shown itself as efficient and safe neurosurgical method of the child haemangiomatreatment.

  • STATE OF HEPATOBILIARY SYSTEM IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

    Abstract

    Resume. The paper studied the characteristics of the hepatobiliary system in 50 children and adolescents with metabolic syndrome. The number of obese girls was 60% and prevailed over the number of boys. The dynamic of excess body weight in adolescents 12-17 years compared with children aged 8-11 years is marked. Frequency of hepatobiliary pathologies in children and adolescents aged 12-17 years were also generally higher than in the group of age 8-11 years.

    Abstract

    Resume. Through making a study of hospital records, there have been 10 cases of Neurocutaneous syndrome revealed in children. In the sick children, both the character of fits and the types of epilepsy were analysed. There was some selection of anticonvulsive therapy made for the young patients depending on types of epilepsy, the character of fits and electroencephalogram alterations. To take for granted that it is a necessity to add one anti-convulsive preparation or more to the “main” treatment to stop fits in children with Neurocutaneous syndrome.

    Abstract

    Resume. There have been 80 cases of West’s syndrome revealed in children of an early age. The selection of anti-convulsive therapy was made on the grounds for a certain type of hypsarhythmia the EEG showed. It was demonstrated that, in most cases of West’s syndrome, it required two and more anti-convulsive preparations to be prescribed due to the abnormal character of hypsarhythmia.

  • CHILD NEPHROTIC SYNDROME DEBUT CHARACTERISTICS

    Abstract

    Resume. Article presents analysis of 141 patients with Nephrotic syndrome (NS). From the quantity of initial Glomerulonephritis (GN), Nephritic syndrome was established on 40% (n=49), Nephrotic syndrome – on 60% (n=49). Steroid–sensitive Nephrotic syndrome occured more often 65% (n=32), than steroid–resistance NS – 35% (n=17).
