Аннотация
Резюме. В сообщении обсуждены результаты оказания неотложной акушерской помощи при критических состояниях у 72 рожениц остановка тяжелых кровотечений при разрыве матки (перевязка a. iliaca interna), из них 23 случаи с проведением органосохраняющей операции - остановки кровотечения без удаления матки.
