COPD IN INTERMITTENT HYPOXIA
Abstractof this study was to determine annual age lung function decline in COPD patients, exposed to chronic intermittent hypoxia. Materials and methods: 58 COPD patients aged 46.3 ± 5.8 years were included into this 4-year prospective study along with equal number of healthy subjects working at altitude 3800-4500 meters in Kyrgyzstan Results and conclusions: There was a marked reduction of all lung function indices in COPD patients group, including forced expiratory volume within the Ÿrst second (FEV1) – from 88.2 to 81.8% predicted (81 ml a year), whereas in healthy subjects group – only 58 ml a year (p < 0.001). Thus, COPD patients arriving or working at high altitude must be recommended to limit the time of exposure.

THE ANALYSIS OF RESULTS OF LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY AT PATIENTS OF ELDERLY AND SENILE AGE
AbstractWe survey 699 patients who had laparoscopic cholecystectomy to 2006-2011 in National surgical center MH of the Kyrgyz Republic. Patients have been divided into 2 groups: patients aged are more senior 70 years (group A) and patients are younger than 70 years (group B). The group A has been divided further into 3 age subgroups: 70-74, 75-79 and 80 years and more senior. Estimation on scale ASA increases with age increase (P <0,001). At patients at the age of 80 years and more senior, at an acute cholecystitis conversion and postoperative complications were considerably above, than at younger patients (P> 0,05).Quality of results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in group of patients >80 years it has appeared not more low, than in group of younger patients. Complications can be minimized at careful selection of patients aged >80 years, and operation carrying out by the skilled surgeons having high technical skills.

THE PROBLEM OF CHOICE OF H1-ANTAGONIST IN CLINICAL PRACTICE
AbstractThe overview of pharmacological properties of H1-antagonists was made on this paper. The conclusion was done, that for most clinical applications in outpatient conditions the drugs from II generation (“non-sedative generation”) are drugs of choice because they haven’t got any sedative properties. Fenkarol® (Quifenadine) has unique properties to accelerate destroying of histamine and to deplete it depot in tissues. Due to these properties Fenkarol® is one of the drug of choice from H1-antagonists for acute respiratory diseases treatment (common cold) and in complex medication for the treatment of bronchial asthma. As well Fenkarol® is one of the drug of choice for pediatric practice owing to the safety and long clinical experience of its use.

THE ROLE OF MICROBIOLOGICAL INVESTIGATIONS ON DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS (UTIS)
AbstractIt has been done monitoring of susceptibility/resistancy leading pathogens of urinary tract infections isolated from 475patients in different institutions of Bishkek during 2008-2010. It is exposed the tendency of decreasing the role of Gram-negative icroorganism in developing the urinary tract infections and predominance position of Enterococcus. The analysis of the antibiograms exposed absence of susceptibility uropathogens to penicillin, ampicillin and selective susceptibility to cephalosporins of different generations. The drug of choice is suggested cipro(oxacin.

ALGORITHM OF MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS WITH COMBINED DISEASES OF ORAL CAVITY MUCOUS AND INTERNAL ORGANS
AbstractDental treatment of patients with common somatic pathology can cause complications in these patients or causes unsuccessful outcome during dental treatment. That is why knowledge of these moments is the base prophylaxis of undesirable comlications. Questionnaire of dental patients deǎning risk of stomatological interventionand recommendations to admittance of patients with cardiovascular pathology are given in this article. According to different authors among ambulatory patients 30% of patients has different common somatic diseases in compensated forms. Dental treatment of these patients may in(uence their state complicating the course of attendant diseases, or accompanying pathology may lead to unsuccess of dental treatment causing different complications during dental manipulations or after treatment. That’s why it is necessary to carry out carefully the treatment of these patients.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF NEUROPROTECTION IN CHRONIC CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT TREATMENT
Abstractneuropeptide cortexin has universal neurometabolic and neuroprotective action. Our investigation is devoted to the effectiveness of cortexin discircular encephalopathy. 54 patients were examinated, 30 patients are the main group and 24 control. The main group patients got cortexin and based therapy, patients of the control group got magnesium sulfate. The assissment of treatment results was carried out using clinical and neuropsychological study methods. On the background of cortexin therapy it was marked the improvement of subjective and objective data in many patients. In 90,3% of patients it was marked the decrease of subjective symptoms intensity: emotional lability, anxiety and depressive reactions, fatigability headache. Cortexin may be recommended as neuroprotector not only in cerebravascular deseases but in pathological conditions accompanied by impairment of cognitive brain functions

CEREBROLYSIN INFLUENCE THE NEURONS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE AFTER EXPERIMENTAL TRAUMATIC HEAD INJURY
AbstractAuthors described results of experimental research. The aim of this work was to study Cerebrolysin’s in(uence on brain structure pathological changes in the earliest posttraumatic period. The experiment was based on moderate brain injury experimental model using rodent animals. The trauma caused at animals complex of macro- and microscopic pathomorphological changes. Their analysis demonstrated deĸnite stages in these pathological changes development. Cerebrolysin lead to regression of pathomorphological changes in the early posttraumatic period (at 14th day after trauma). In the control group of animals was used physiological solution. Its curable effect on the cortex neurons was not veriĸed. Results of this experiment are reason for the effectiveness of Cerebrolysin using in the therapy of patients with traumatic brain injury.
