CONTEMPORARY TENDENCIES OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH FORMATION IN ADOLESCENT GIRLS
AbstractThis article presents a literature review of recent 10 years, devoted to aspects of reproductive health of adolescent girls. The basic tendencies of the reproductive potential of the current teenage girls are marked: deviations and disharmonious physical development, low level of somatic health; high prevalence of gynecological diseases; early sexual activity and low awareness about methods of prevention of STD/HIV-infection and abortion.

AbstractThe analysis of reports of military commissariats the city of Bishkek at initial statement of young men from 2006 to 2012 years is carried out. In 7 years decrease in number of young men of recruits on 9,4 % is noted, and suitable for military service increased on 28,4%. PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT OF YOUNG ATHLETES STUDYING AT OLYMPIC RESERVE SCHOOL OF BISHKEK CITY
AbstractThere were made a research and evaluation of sportsmen’s physical development in 7 kinds of sport between men and women aged 13 to 16years (n=242). Detected low levels of physical development indexes of Perks and Erisman, medium-high indicators of Quetelet index. Assessment of the strength body was held by index Pinues, as the result it was detected that 57% of surveyed have a “medium” level of development, and 4.13% - a “weak”.

SANITARY-HYGIENIC CHARACTERISTICS OF WATER IN THE OSH REGION
AbstractThe paper presents the characteristics of the quality of drinking water and the incidence of the population in the Osh region. Revealed that a high bacteriological contamination of drinking water is still in Karakulja district, Chon-Alai, and the sanitary-chemical parameters in the Chon-Alai, Aravan and Karakuldzhinskom areas.

ASSESSMENT OF DUSTINESS OF ATMOSPHERIC AIR IN SOME REGIONS OF KYRGYZSTAN
AbstractData on dust levels in atmospheric air in 3 regions of the KR: city Bishkek, Chui Province and Issyk-Kul Province are presented in the article. In the city Bishkek in the cold and warm period the averaged air dust concentrations were 0.68 mg/mі - 0.58 mg/mі, exceeding the maximum allowable average daily concentration by 3.9-4.5 times respectively. In the southern part of the city in the cold and warm period the air dust levels were higher (0.85 mg/mі - 0.87 mg/mі) than in the central part of the city (0.68 mg/mі - 0.58 mg/mі). In rural areas in the summer the atmospheric air dust level was 0.35 mg/mі in the village of Vorontsovka and 1.01 mg/mі in the village of Bokonbaevo, which exceeded the maximum allowable average daily concentration by 2.3 to 6.7 times respectively, and in the winter the air dust levels exceeded the maximum allowable average daily concentration by 4 to 5.7 times respectively.

MOLECULAR –GENETICAL INVESTIGATION OF PATIENT WITH SEVERE ACUTE RESPIROTORY INFECTION AND INFLUENZA LIKE INFECTION IN KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
AbstractWe conducted a molecular-genetical testing children under 4 years of old, and adults with a diagnosis of SARI and ILI for respiratory viruses and intestinal pathogens by using multiplex chain reaction (PCR) in Real time. Analysis of the results showed that the most vulnerable age group og acute respiratory infectios were children under 1 years of old and adults 30-64 years. In the etiological structure of SARI prevailed parain(uenza viruses, rhinoviruses and metapneumoviruses.

MODERN APPROACHES FOR THE LABORATORY DIAGNOSIS OF TICK-BORNE ENCEPHALITIS
AbstractA study comparing the results of serological diagnosis of tick-borne encephalitis by complement Ÿxation test (CFT), hemagglutination reaction (HR) and ELISA show high effectiveness and the sensitivity of the ELISA reveal to 12,2±0,03% more positive results than at HR, this enables early detection of IgM antibodies in the serum of patients from the Ÿrst days after the tick bite. So, this method allows to recommend for the laboratory diagnosis of tick-borne encephalitis for a wide of the Kyrgyz Republic.

TICK -BORNE TRANSMISSIBLE INFECTION IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
AbstractThe results of serological monitoring of blood of patients with suspected tick borne encephalitis show a high frequency of antibodies to viruses of tick-borne encephalitis (67,2±6,3%), Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (61,8±6,6%), West Nile fever (23,6±5,7%). This fact indicates the importance of arbovirus infections issue in the Kyrgyz Republic.

RESULTS OF EIA TESTING FOR CMV INFECTION (data from the private laboratory “HUMAN”, city Bishkek) FOR THE YEAR 2012
AbstractThe article is concerned with cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection rates and magnitude in patients ill with CMV infection. Almost all patients (88%) were seropositive for CMV. It was found that IgG antibody titers were 1:400 and 1:800 in patients aged 21 to 35 years. Among women aged 21 to 30 years the risk of fetal transmission of CMV infection was 3 times greater compared to women of higher age.

THE IMPORTANCE OF PCR AND EIA (IGG) IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF DIFFERENT CMV INFECTION STAGES
AbstractCharacteristics of the magnitude of CMV infection was investigated in this work. The CMV antibody titers were higher in women aged 25 to 36 years and with increasing age the level of CMV antibody titers decreased. Women aged 21 to 30 years were 3 times more likely to transmit CMV to the fetus than women of older age.

LABORATORY DIAGNOSIS OF HYMENOLEPIASIS IN OSH REGION
AbstractThere was conducted a laboratory investigations of 4310 children in Osh region for Hymenolepiаsis in combination with anemia. We used the Kato-Katz and Cyanmethemoglobin methods. 16% of children from 9 to 12 years old infected by intestinal parasites and 35,6% of children had low levels of Heamoglobin (below 110g/l).
