XPERT MTB/RIF, A NOVEL AUTOMATED POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION–BASED ASSAY FOR THE LABORATORY DIAGNOSIS OF TUBERCULOSIS
Abstract76 Xpert MTB/RIF assays have been conducted in the National reference laboratory of NCPh. In the smear positive samples that grew M. tuberculosis we found sensitivity 100%. The sensitivity 81% was revealed in smear negative samples.

USING OXYGENTERAPY IN TREATMENT OF RESPIRATORY DISEASES
AbstractThe aim of the study - to evaluate of using oxygen in treatment of respiratory patients. There was found that oxygen therapy used in complex therapy of patients with COPD, asthma and pneumonia. Oxygen therapy used according indications and leaded to clinical improvement, increasing of parameters of bronchial obstruction and saturation O2.

LIPID PROFILE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF ATHEROSCLEROTIC CORONARY LESIONS IN CHD PATIENTS WITHOUT AND IN COMBINATION WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION
AbstractIn order to study lipid metabolism and features of atherosclerotic coronary lesions in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) without and in combination with essential hypertension (EH) were retrospectively analyzed the medical histories of 87 patients with CHD, coronary angiography held during hospitalization in the department of acute myocardial infarction NCCT in 2010-2012. Patients according to the presence or absence of high blood pressure were divided into 2 groups: 1st group included 40 patients with a combination of CHD and EH, 2nd group comprised 27 patients with isolated CHD. The control group were 20 people, who were not identified at coronary significant coronary lesions. The study we have shown that combined for CHD with EH accompanied by significant lipid disorders, and in these patients is more frequent multivessel coronary artery disease.

EVALUATION OF LEFT VENTRICULAR DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH A COMBINATION OF HEART FAILURE AND PERMANENT ATRIAL FIBRILLATION
AbstractTo assess the relationship between the decline in diastolic function of the left ventricle (LV) function in patients with the different functional classes of the chronic heart failure patients with persistent sinus rhythm (SR) and permanent atrial fibrillation (AF) was examined 131 patients. AbstractIn this article the role and mechanisms of a disregulation, change of nature of activity of the central nervous mechanisms in formation of a hypertensive illness and atherosclerosis are analysed. The various external irritants, repeating stresses lead to violation of regulation of functions of the various centers of the brain which is directly defining a condition of system of blood circulation, and to violations in influences of hormones and the neuromediators regulating a condition of the vascular course through systems of receptors and system of the endocellular alarm system, defining a condition of a vascular wall as a whole and its separate cellular elements.

ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF LIFE IN COMORBIDITY CONDITIONS IN OLDER PEOPLE WITH 2 TYPE OF DIABETES MELLITUS ON THE SAMPLE OF ORLOVKA AND BISHKEK
AbstractThe aim of this study was to assess the level of QOL in conditions in older people with 2 type of diabetes mellitus on the sample of Orlovka and Bishkek cities in KR. 60 patients from low income households were examined. All patients underwent clinical examination, glycemia, postprandial glycemia and glicated hemoglobin, assessment of comorbidity with Charlson comorbidity index and QOL using SF-36v2™ in Kyrgyz and Russian languages. Results of survey showed poor glycemic control with high level of glycemia, postprandial glycemia and glicated hemoglobin high rate of hypertension and obesity among older patients. The essential role of age and comorbodity in impairment of QOL was revealed. In comorbid conditions in older person the mortality risks increased with age and comorbid index. For patients with DM in elderly it is necessary personal approach with proper selection of medicine, prevention of complications with consideration of comorbidity and mortality. Development of program on treatment and prevention of diabetes should be integrated to the other program on non - communicable diseases.

ABOUT LYMPHANGIONS OF THE HUMANS HEART AT THE SENIUM
AbstractConstruction and function of organ can be understandable in condition of knowing features of vasa channel and one of integrated part is lymphatic vessel, performing inherent functions , it’s provide vital activity of organs and organism in whole at normal and pathological conditions. In this way human’s heart lymphangions of the left lymphatic collector were surveyed on 15 corpses died from different accidents. In this age group are big changes of form, caliber and wall’s structure of lymphangions intra- and extraorgan vessels of the left lymphatic collector.

CHANGES IN CIRCADIAN RHYTHMS HEMODYNAMICS IN SEVERE PREECLAMPSIA
AbstractBased on the survey 69 women with severe preeclampsia in the last trimester and in the postoperative period showed: acrophase shift circadian rhythms in cardiac output, vascular tone and volemic indicators for the late evening and night hours, with appearance of antiphrasis quotients demonstrating dyschrony; decrease in amplitude indicators to the point of disappearance of regular circadian rhythms of most part of indicators of central hemodynamics. As soon as pathologic process gets more severe, the level of dyschrony of indicators of central hemodynamics increases, what to consider when planning the date of delivery for emergency reasons.

HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION RATE IN PATIENTS WITH PEPTIC ULCER DISEASE AND CHRONIC GASTRITIS IN THE RURAL AREAS OF KYRGYZSTAN
AbstractThe aim of the study is to investigate the Helicobacter pylori infection rate in patients with chronic gastritis (CG), gastric ulcer (GU) and duodenal ulcer (DU) in the rural areas of Kyrgyzstan. DNA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and ELISA used to determine H.pylori.
Study results: examination revealed prevalence of pain syndrome. In patients with DU the prevalence of H.pylori infection in patients with ELISA was 81% from the total patients and 100 % in patients with chronic gastritis, and in all patients CG, GU and DU. In patients with DU, we revealed chronic generalized periodontitis from mild to moderate stage in the acute phase and in 81% of patients with DU and in 36% of patients with CG. -

RISK FACTORS CAUSING CHANGES TO THE EYE FUNDUS OF NEWBORN INFANTS
AbstractThis article studies changes in the eye fundus of newborn infants in the form of retinal haemorrhages and retinal ischemic changes. Labour and delivery histories of different women were analysed, and 423 infants were examined during the first three days of their lives. The infants were subjected to direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy during mydriasis medicamentosus. Factors that can influence the occurrence of retinal haemorrhages in newborn infants were studied, such as the mother’s age, the course of gestation, the pattern of labour, the position and presentation of the foetus, the length of labour, the child’s sex and weight. It has been established that retinal haemorrhages and ischemic injuries are typical of one third of newborn infants (32.2±2.3%). It has been proved that factors influencing (p<0.001) the development of retinal haemorrhages and ischemic changes in newborn infants are the child’s sex, the mother’s age (over 25 years old), anaemia of pregnancy, a long latency period, cord entanglement, primiparity.

ANALYSIS OF SURGICAL MANAGEMENT RESULTS IN COMPLICATED SPINE INJURIES
AbstractAuthors investigated 102 patients in age from 16 to 65 years with complicated thoracolumbar spine injuries. Optimal surgical treatment method for complicated spine injuries using close vertebrae reclination with a dynamic control was elaborated. Basing on the received results the differential diagnostic signs and efficacy of surgical methods have been determined.

SYSTEMATIZATION OF MICROORGANISMS IN BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS ACCODING TO MAIN MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERS
AbstractIn most cases a preliminary diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis is confirmed during bacteriological study of vaginal discharge taken for smears from patients suffering from discomfort and vaginal discharge. The vaginal smears were stained by Romanovski-Gimza and Gram modificated staining. Separated data of morphologic types of bacterium were classified in tables for qualitative evaluation of microflora causing bacterial vaginosis.

DIAGNOSTICS RELAPSE EHINOCOCCOSIS
AbstractIn this article the results of using IHL immunochemiluminescense in relapse ehinococcos diagnostics are given. Comparing IHL with well know serological reactions the following advantages of IHL were determined / rapidity of result achieving/ small quantity of used liquid(0,02ml), objectiveness of reaction equals 97%, a u sensitivity equals 98-99%. With increasing of after surgery period the decline of relapse is going. IHL with relapse absence and increase of intensity level remains on the same level. The reaction could be used in relapse ehinococcosis diagnostics.

ESTIMATION OF REPRODUCTIVE ABOLESCENT GIRLS OF MODERN CONDITION IN BISHKEK
AbstractWith the purpose of estimation of reproductive and general morbidity the complex medical examination and questionnaire of 190 senior schoolgirls in Bishkek was conducted. The findings are the high level of somatic and gynecological sickness rate among adolescent girls, in structure of which the prevailing part consists of menstrual cycle disturbance, frequent acute respiratory virus infections (ARVI), caries, and headache.
