    102-105 2
    Abstract

Research of 152 preterm newborns with gestational age from 35 up to 37 weeks divided into two groups – conditionally healthy 50 newborn children and 102 preterm newborns with prenatal hypotrophy of I degree – is carried out. It is defined, that within the first 7 days respiratory and heart rate in children with prenatal hypotrophy is higher, than in children of control group, while systolic and diastolic blood pressure in children with prenatal hypotrophy is more lower. Occurrence of a transitive stool in preterm children with prenatal hypotrophy in the early neonatal period is tightened, and body weight loss occurs faster and in larger volume with subsequent slow restoration.

Modern medicine makes extensive use of a variety of therapeutic and diagnostic procedures using contrast media. In this connection, there was a problem of development of X-ray contrast nephropathy. Several authors highlighted several risk factors, such as patient age, concomitant diabetes mellitus, anemia, kidney failure initial and others. But in spite of the large number of clinical studies, many questions of contrast-induced nephropathy to the present day are not quite clear, that it leads to the need for further research in this area.

    Abstract

The aim of the study was to improve prevention and quality of prophylactic medical examination on the basis of analysis of familial clusters of hepatitis B, C and D virus infection. The study material included case histories of 44 patients with chronic hepatitis B, C and D at ages 3.5 to 69 years from 15 families, who were treated at the hepatologic centre “CADMIR” in 2014-2015. Hepatitis infection markers, virus DNA and RNA were determined using enzyme immunoassay and PCR. In the etiologic structure, in patients from familial clusters, chronic hepatitis B was predominant (60%), chronic hepatitis D and chronic hepatitis C represented 20% and 13% respectively, and combined chronic hepatitis B and chronic hepatitis C was found in 7% of patients. Most familial chronic hepatitis B clusters consisted of 2 persons (66.7%), the rest consisted of 3 to 6 family members with chronic hepatitis. Infection was realized by all natural parenteral routes of transmission for viral hepatitis. Results of the study indicate the presence of epidemic conditions for occurrence of familial clusters of viral hepatitides, the need for in-depth examination of hepatitis B and C virus carriers with respect to precise diagnosis, mass hepatitis B vaccination of adults and revaccination of adolescents.

    Abstract

The goal - the study of the incidence of chronic viral hepatitis B and D (HBV and HVGD) children up to 14 years across age groups. The material is a state data reporting form №12 «Report on the activities of healthcare organizations (UCM, dispensary, FGP)»for the period 2010-2013, based at the Republican Medical Information Center. Despite the fact that in our country children under 15 are covered by vaccination against HBV, established the presence of incidence of chronic hepatitis (CH) among them, with the prevalence of HBV HVGD. HVGD was caused by exposure to children 5-14 years and 1-4 years (1- 90/0000, 0/0000 and M 5 1 3 0/0000, 0/0000 M 2, respectively), but HBV is mainly ¾ children 5-14 years. Age analysis showed that the infants were found both forms of hCG in 2013 (HBV and HVGD, 3 cases and 1 case per 100 000 population). Aged 1-4 HBV was detected only in 2012. (1 0/0000) and HVGD recorded annually (1 0/0000), with a peak in 2011 (3 0/0000). The incidence of children 5-14 years HVGD was more than HBV (1- 90/0000, 0/0000 and M 5 1 2 0/0000, 0/0000 M-1, HBV and HVGD, respectively).
