USING METHOD OF ЕNZYME IMMUNOASSAY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTION IN PATIENTS FROM THE OSH REGION
AbstractThis work investigated the prevalence of cytomegalovirus infection in the Osh Region. There were positive findings among patients studied (6067), 4091 patients were IgG positive (67.4%), and 1976 were IgG negative (32.6%). Chronic cytomegalovirus infection was found in children (27.2%) and in adult patients (72.8%). FEATURES OF CASE RATE OF FULL-TERM CHILDREN INFECTIOUS WHO WERE BORN WITH INTRAUTERINE GROWTH RETARDATION IN CATAMNESIS
AbstractResearch of 395 2-year-old children, inhabitants of Bishkek, full-term, with signs of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) at a birth is carried out – 257 children with hypotrophic variant and 138 children with hypoplastic variant. It is defined, that in investigated groups there is the raised infectious case rate and the metabolism disorders are registered and its frequency accrues with increase in degree of expressiveness of IUGR variants. The greatest infectious case rate is revealed in children with hypoplastic variant of IUGR.

AbstractThe purpose of research is the study of amlodipine and lisinopril (еquator, Gedeon Richter, Austria) on circadian blood pressure monitoring (ABPM), echocardiography in patients with essential hypertension (EH). The study included 47 patients with EH II and III degree are at a dispensary in FMC №7 in Bishkek. On the background of a three-month course at a dose of 10 mg of the equator in the day according to ABPM, a significant decrease in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Suspension of cages of transplantable carcinosarkoma Walker-256 entered into a hip muscle in a dose . For receiving serum of blood of rats it was made decapiting under a radio anesthesia for the 6th, 9th, 13th, 20th, 28th days of experiment from the moment of a tumor transplanting . For an assessment of indicators calculations of indicators of peripheral blood of rats were made. On all terms it was observed progressive decrease in quantity of erythrocytes and cells of marrow

EXPERIMENTAL RESEACH OF THE IMMUNOMODULATORY PROPERTIES OF THE CRYOPRESERVED PIG SKIN SUBSTRATE
AbstractThe objective of this reseach has been the study of immunotropic properties of the cryopreserved pig substrate (CPSS) in guinea pig in the experimental pathology, such as a contact dermatitis guinea pigs. The guinea pigs had a normal immune status. It has been defined, that prophylactic administration of CPSS to animals stimulates the phagocytic function of lymphocytes, has no effect on antibody response and inhibits the growth of DTH reaction. In terms of allergic dermatitis CPSS decreases the severity of inflammation and normalizes the level of immunoglobulins. These results indicate immunomodulatory properties of CPSS and make it appropriate for further study to create antiallergic agent for highly pathogenic therapy of allergic dermatitis.

LEGISLATIVE APPROACH TO TREATMENT OF RARE DISEASES
AbstractThe term “orphan disease” (rare diseases, Eng. Orphan disease) first appeared in January 1983 in the United States in making the law «Orphan Drug Act», designed to encourage pharmaceutical companies to develop drugs for diseases that have a small market. According to this law, companies that develop these drugs can sell them without competition for seven years and have tax credits for clinical trials. There is no single, widely accepted definition of orphan diseases. There is no single level of disease prevalence in the population, in which it considered a rare start.
