ULTRASTRUCTURE OF KIDNEY NEPHRON HAVE NOT ADAPTED AND ADAPTED ANIMALS DURING LONG-TERM WATER DEPRIVATION AT HIGH ALTITUDES
AbstractKidney plays a key role in the adaptation of the body to dehydration and in the maintenance of homeostasis.
The results of the experiments showed that secretory activity mioepitelioid cells reduced by blocking the process of allocating secretory granules. The sharp decline in renin secretion was accompanied by a change in the tone of the glomerular arterioles, the expansion of blood capillaries and blood filling of the vascular glomerulus.
Comparing the experimental data from unadapted and adapted animals, we can conclude that on the background of pre-adaptation effect of extreme factors - dehydration is not so drastic changes like a maladjusted.
