    Abstract

    Resume. Leading role in drain of the lymph takes the lymphatic vessels, which are composed the valves segments – lymphangions. In the wall of lymphangions lymphatic vessels myocytes, which closely connecting with connective fibers (collagen and elastic). Microscopic anatomy efferent lymphatic vessels of the tracheobronchial lymphatic nodes are explored on the 24 complex of organs in humans of adult age. The wall of the lymphatic vessels are composed of three layers: internal, external and medial. The thin collagen and elastic fibers predominantly are located in the internal layer of wall, but thick and medial collagen and elastic fibers are located in the external and medial layers.

  • MORPHOLOGICAL FORMS OF GLOMERULOPATHIES IN CITI-ZENS OF LOW ALTITUDE AND HIGH ALTITUDE OF KYRGYZSTAN

    Abstract

    Resume. Morphological forms of glomerulopathies in 145 patients, citizens of low altitude and high altitude of Kyrgyzstan are studied. Among the morphological forms of glomerulopathies prevalens the mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis is determined, in the same rate itoccurs in citizens of low altitude and high altitude. Mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis in one third of patients is detected. The rare forms of glomerulonephritis are minimal changes and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis/hyalinosis. In citizens of high altitude more frequently occurs membranous nephropathy (16,1% in comparison of 4,5% in low altitude, p<0,05).

    Abstract

    Resume. Data the morfostrukturnykh of changes in a thyroid gland and adrenal glands are provided in scientific work at opiate intoxication. In a thyroid gland separate follicles are stretched, increased in sizes, a follicular epithelium low - cubic, a vacuole in a colloid isn’t present. In adrenal glands in cells of bark the content of fat, especially in cages of a glomerular zone is considerably reduced. Cellular elements of a puchkovy zone are reduced, light cages, functional less active prevailed.

    Resume. Results of a comparative assessment of physical development of 15-18 years old girls-pupils of Slavic and Asian nationalities are presented in article. Which were included into «Standards of physical development of school children›s age of 7-18 years of the city of Bishkek».(2014). Reliable distinctions in groups of comparison , despite a similar way of life and stereotypes of behavior are revealed. Reliable changes in indicators of physical development of girls in dynamics of 10 years are noted. It is necessary to make and update « Standards...» easy 10-15 years.     Abstract

    Resume. Purpose to evaluate the effectiveness of cervicoresectoscopy in treatment of cervical and isthmico-cervical pregnancy. Cervicoresectoskopy was made 8 women aged 22 to 31 years. After general clinical and special methods of examination in the operating room under intravenous anesthesia, ultrasound-controlled puncture was performed on the gestational SAC with evacuation of its liquid contents into the cavity of the ovum was injected methotrexate. The next day, under intravenous anesthesia was administered hysteroresectoscopy and deletes reduced ovum. Specific complications associated with surgery, was not. The patient for 4-6 days after surgery were discharged from hospital with recovery. A favorable outcome justifies the chosen tactics of treatment of these severe pathologies to preserve fertility.

  • CLINICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC PROFILES OF POST TRAUMATIC EPILEPSY PATIENTS

    Abstract

    Resume. There were examined 43 patients to evaluate the clinical and diagnostic characteristics of patients with post-traumatic epilepsy. There was predominance of simple partial seizures and secondarily generalized seizures among them. The neuroimaging-electroencephalographic mapping revealed conformity between the morphological structure of epileptogenic brain damage and the source of epileptic activity in the affected area.

    Resume. Development recently new approaches for indicating and identification of microorganisms associated with advances in of molecular genetics. Develop and approbation a test system for quantitative determination of the DNA of the pathogen parvovirus enteritis by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Designed primer pairs for detecting serotypes parvovirus enteritis in dogs. The result of the work conditions have been optimized for the detection of primer annealing CPv (2a, 2b, 2c) by PCR diagnostics.

  • THE ROLE OF STREPTOCOCCUS PNEUMONIAE IN THE ETHIOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF ACUTE BACTERIAL MENINGITIS

    Abstract

    Resume. The article provides an analysis of statistical data sanitation-epidemic station (SES) in Kyrgyzstan for the period of 2011-2014, where there is a low etiological decoding of ABM, including pneumococcal etiology. The study involved 52 patients with ABM aged 10 years and older. It was revealed that alike suffer as adolescents (53.8%) and adults (46.2%). Predisposing factor for the development of ABM are transferred purulent-septic diseases of ENT organs, get cold and traumatic brain injury. ABM occur the severe form of disease with the development of complications: cephaledema (38.5%), septic shock (7.5%) and in every second cases with DIC-syndrome.

    Resume. violation of microelement homeostasis may indirectly influence the reactivity of the bronchial tree. In the pathogenesis of asthma leading role of calcium ions and magnesium, which are directly involved in the reduction of bronchial tubes; trace elements such as selenium, zinc, copper impact on lipid peroxidation and the formation of allergic inflammation of the tracheobronchial tree - morphological basis for the development of asthma. The aim of the study was bution nature of the changes in the trace element status and bronchial asthma and obstructive bronchitis in children of preschool age. Carry out a comparative assessment of the data. The study of trace element status in obstructive bronchitis and asthma in preschool children allowed to determine the features of accumulation of minerals and trace elements in the hair. Based on the obtained data, it was revealed changes in the composition of microelements in all subjects children.

    Resume. The analysis of case histories of 41 infants with acute intestinal infections which hospitalized on 2015 to Republican clinical infectious disease hospital. Frequency linked with the introduction of complementary foods from 4 months, the criterion of the severity of the disease was more likely to intoxication due to the presence of the invasive process. Therefore dominated syndromes gastoenterocolites and enterocolitis,which the etiology could not be clarified in most cases.

    Resume. The aim of the article was working out of optimal schemes of biliary dysfunction treatment using modern medicinal preparations. Methods of laboratory and instrumental evaluations of biliary tract and sphincter of Oddy dysfunction are represented in this article. 60 children were examined. Methods of correction of digestive disturbance in biliary tract dysfunctions are suggested. Advantages of Gymecramon preparation prescription are marked, findings about clinical investigation of biliary tract dysfunctions of children in the Kyrgyz republic are given.

    Resume. The comparative analysis of cases of convulsion syndrome in 146 children with acute respiratory viral and acute intestinal infections as well as mixinfection of (ARvI+AII). Сonvulsion syndrome more frequently observed in 62% children at the first year of life with hypoxic ischemic-encephalopathy (HIE) determined the severity of the disease.

    Abstract

    Resume. The article analyzes the incidence of mumps infection according RKIB for the period from 2010 to 2015 and carried out a retrospective analysis of 36 case histories of patients with mumps infection, which revealed a high specific weight of adults (83%) compared with children. Every second patient has been a form of vaccine mumps infection after vaccination (MMR) in contact with measles patients. Disease proceeded in moderate form (56.8%), and in severe (43.2%).

Аs a result of case history’s retrospective analysis at the ward of maxillofacial surgery of Kyrgyz National Hospital’s Health Service of Kyrgyz republic, it is calculated that disease incidence of salivary glands is 11,9 from 100 thousand population of Kyrgyzstan.   • MODERN APPROACHES INTREATMENT OF LIVER ECHINOCOCCOSIS

    Abstract

    Resume. This work presents the results of the radical surgical intervention, which was executed on 281patients with the hiatus echinus liver. The diagnose of the hiatus echinus liver was established on the basis of general clinical serological, roentgenologic methods of investigations, but mainly by the results of the ultrasound examination, computer tomography, inter operation of USE, interoperation revision and morphological verification of disease. The precision of USE on recognize of hiatus echinus liver formed 91,2%, computer tomography - 97, 5%. The radical pericyst-ectomia was making on 146 patients, resection of the liver on 96, ideal echinococcusectomia - on 39. The specific complications after resection of the liver was developed on 4,5%, and 1,1% was died, the complication after radical pericyst-ectomia was reveal on 1,5%, without mortality, and after the ideal echinococcus- ectomia complication and mortality didn’t observe.

  • METHOD OF ELIMINATION OF THE CAVITY OF FIBROUS CAPSULE IN THE TREATMENT OF LIVER ECHINOCOCCOSIS

    Abstract

    Resume. This paper reflects the results of the treatment of 78 patients with liver echinococcosis, who after echinococcectomy cavity fibrous capsule was eliminated by abdominizatsii. The cavity of the fibrous capsule and drained subphrenic space drains “fascine” through which irrigated ozonized sodium chloride solution and dekasana 0.02%. The controls were 55 patients who fulfilled kapitonazh cavity fibrous capsule (35) and intussusception in 20. Complications were detected in 4 (5.12%) were operated, two had bile leakage was observed, one pleural effusion and one case of festering wounds, they are all removed before discharge patients from hospital. Deaths were not. In the control group of 55 patients with complications was observed in 8 (14.5%) of these residual cavity in 4 patients.

    Abstract

    Resume. Purpose – to present the first clinical experience of laparoscopic rectopexy on Serenno-Kümmel in the treatment of rectal prolapse. The operation was performed in a patient aged 52 years old, the essence of the operation was as follows: after the installation of laparoscopic ports, the patient was transferred to the Trendelenburg position and the connection wire and the front surface of the sigmoid colon with the periosteum of the sacrum. Complications in the early postoperative period and disease recurrence in the postoperative period is not revealed, which is confirmed by the results of the control examinations. Minimally invasive techniques have revealed a number of advantages such as a reduction in postoperative pain, early recovery of the gastrointestinal tract and a faster recovery of physical activity.
