The object of the study is aboveground part of Eryngium planum L.
Eryngium planum L. – perennial herbaceous plants of family Apiaceae (Celery). Microscopic study plants of the genus Eryngium planum L. was carried out according to methodological guidelines. Fixation was carried out in 70% ethanol by the method
of Strasbourg-Fleming (ethyl spirit, glycerol, water 1: 1: 1). The studies of macroscopic and microscopic features are necessary for identification of medicinal raw materials Eryngium planum L. Morphological featutures, as gualitative and quantitative, are most part in accordance to literary data.

  • LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CALCULOUS CHOLECYSTITIS AND MEASURES TO PREVENT COMPLICATIONS

    R.A. Omorov, A.U. Aitikeev
    35-40 179
    Abstract

The aim is to present the results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis. Operations were performed in 261 patients with the use of 3 and 4-port access under endotracheal anesthesia. There were no complications at the time of the operation, and in subsequent periods 5 patients had complications. In order to prevent inDzammatory complications in middle-aged people (160 people), antibiotic administration before surgery and by the end, irrigation of the subhepatic space after cholecystectomy with ozonated sodium chloride solution was
used. In elderly and senile patients (101) by the end of the operation, an antibiotic with a lymphotropic mixture was injected into the round ligament of the liver. After completion of the main stage of the operation in order to reduce the pain syndrome, the right dome of the diaphragm, the bed of the gallbladder was irrigated with lidocaine
solution and infiltrated the areas of trocar wounds. Complications were 1.9% (5 people).

    Abstract

The aim of the study is to present the tactics of treating abdominal pathology in elderly and senile patients in conditions of polymorbidity. From 11.2018 to 2019,  64 patients were observed over the age of 60 with acute abdominal diseases, who had associated diseases as well. Timing and scope of the operation was considered
according to the nature of associated diseases. All patients have been taken to operation, complications after surgery occurred in 13 patients (20.3%), 3 - died (4.7%).

    Abstract

The study presents the results of a study of the main pathways for the development of diagnosis and treatment of sigmoid volvulus. The predisposing factors and causes of the development of a sigmoid colon volvulus were studied. The features of the anamnesis in this category of patients are presented. The main clinical, radiological signs of a twist of the sigmoid colon are determined. Technological advances in imaging help optimize the diagnostic process. Some conservative methods of treatment are used to improve the patient’s condition and reduce symptoms of sigmoid inversion. However, sigmoid resection is the treatment of choice for sigmoid inversions. The results of emergency operations for colon volvulus have a high degree of complication and
mortality. In a study conducted at the National Surgical Center of the Kyrgyz Republic, mortality was 20.8% in patients after emergency operations for sigmoid inversion, compared with 7.7% in patients after elective procedures with prior decompression. Mortality was correlated between emergency operations (p <0.01) and colon necrosis (p <0.05). Other less invasive treatments are also used. The effectiveness of endoscopic rectopexy, extraperitonization of the sigmoid colon, laparoscopic rectopexy and mesosigmoplication is noted. Laparoscopic approaches to colon resection have been successfully used.

  • DYNAMICS OF ONCOLOGICAL DISEASES IN THE RADIATION RISK GROUPS OF THE AFFECTED POPULATION OF THE EAST KAZAKHSTAN REGION

    M.K. Khakimov, M.B. Iskakov
    59-72 115
    Abstract

The paper analyzes the prevalence of diseases and mortality rates for
2010-2014. in 2 groups with a dose range of 200.0-250.0 mSv and 100.0-199.0 mSv
exposed to radiation as a result of tests at the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site. The data
obtained indicate a post-radiation realization in the remote period after the formation
of effective radiation doses (40-50 years), in the group of people exposed to direct radi-
ation and their descendants in the second generation. A signiɢcant chang^m the structure of cancer and cancer mortality in dynamics is recorded; a decreas^m the specific gravity of cancer lokalized in the gastrointestinal tract was abserved, and the freguency of lung and bronchial cancer, and breast canser of women increased by a factor of 2-3.
