Апластикалык анемия-сейрек кездешүүчү жана өмүргө коркунуч туудурган жилик чучугунун жетишсиздиги, бул перифериялык кан цитопениясына жана сөөк чучугунун гемопоэтикалык клеткаларынын көбөйүшүн азайтат. Симптомдору миелофиброзго, миелодиспластикалык синдромдорго жана курч миелоиддик лейкемияга окшош, бул оорунун диагнозун кыйындатат. Апластикалык анемиянын патогенези татаал жана анын механизмин жекече чечмелөө керек.
