Аннотация

Төрөттүн жана өлүмдүн төмөндөө тенденцияларынан улам калктын карташы дүйнө жүзү боюнча, айрыкча өнүгүп келе жаткан өлкөлөрдө олуттуу көйгөй болуп саналат. Жашоонун узактыгынын жогорулашынан улам, стоматологиялык жардамга муктаж болгон улгайган бейтаптардын үлүшү кыйла жогорулады. Тишти дарылоо ооздун былжыр челиндеги курактык өзгөрүүлөргө жана негизги системалык ооруларга ылайыкташтырылышы керек. Стоматологдор улгайган адамдардын системалуу ооруларынын оозеки көрүнүштөрүн аныктоодо негизги ролду ойношот. Бул сын-пикир карылыктын оозеки ткандарга жана гериатриядагы жалпы оозеки жана тутумдук ооруларга тийгизген таасирин карайт. Адабияттарды карап чыгуу электрондук жана кол менен жүргүзүлдү. Электрондук издөө үчүн ар кандай илимий журналдар жана веб-технологияга негизделген издөө системалары колдонулган. Издөө терминдери гериатрия, оозеки көрүнүштөр, системалык оорулар, улгайган адамдар болгон. Гипертония, кант диабети, жүрөк-кан тамыр оорулары жана неврологиялык оорулар сыяктуу системалык оорулары бар бейтаптарды стоматологиялык дарылоо да баса белгиленет. Карылардагы оозеки ооруларды үзгүлтүксүз профессионалдык жана жеке кам көрүү, ошондой эле жаш курак менен болуп жаткан өзгөрүүлөрдү түшүнүү менен дарылоо керек.
