ЗДОРОВЬЕ ПОЛОСТИ РТА У ГЕРИАТРИЧЕСКИХ ПАЦИЕНТОВ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Старение населения из-за тенденций к снижению рождаемости и смертности является серьезной проблемой во всем мире, особенно в развивающихся странах. Из-за увеличения продолжительности жизни наблюдается заметное увеличение доли пожилых пациентов, которым требуется стоматологическая помощь. Стоматологическое лечение должно быть адаптировано с учетом возрастных изменений слизистой оболочки полости рта и основных системных заболеваний. Стоматологи играют ключевую роль в диагностике оральных проявлений системных заболеваний у пожилых людей. В этом обзоре рассматривается влияние старения на ткани полости рта и общие оральные и системные заболевания в гериатрии. Обзор литературы проводился как в электронном виде, так и вручную. Для электронного поиска использовались различные научные журналы и поисковые системы на основе веб-технологий. Поисковыми терминами были гериатрия, оральные проявления, системные заболевания, пожилые люди. Также выделено стоматологическое лечение пациентов с системными заболеваниями, такими как гипертония, сахарный диабет, сердечно-сосудистые заболевания и неврологические расстройства. Заболевания полости рта у пожилых людей следует лечить с помощью регулярного профессионального и личного ухода, а также понимания изменений, происходящих с возрастом.
