THE INFLUENCE OF NORMODIPINE ON EXPERIMENTAL ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN HIGH ALTITUDE CONDITIONS
AbstractThe influence of calcium-channel blocker normodipine on experimental acute myocardial infarction in rabbits to 3rd day of high altitude conditions (Too-Ashoo, 3200 m above sea level) was studied. It was established that normodipine decreases calcium influx in cardiomyocytes and blood vessels smooth muscle cells by blocking slow calcium channels. It dilates coronary arteries and increases coronaiy blood supplying in ischemic areas of myocardium thereby promoting to beneficial outcome of ischemic and necrotic processes and preventing exacerbated and complicated myocardial infarction in high altitude conditions.

ANALYSIS OF RESULTS OF OPERATIONS FEMORAL-TIBIAL BYPASS GRAFTING OF PATIENTS WITH OBLITERATES ATHEROSCLEROSIS
AbstractAlternative o f amputation is reconstructive operation aimed to recover blood circulation in lower extremities. However, amputation is most frequent surgery and gets 40% o f all operations in spite o f developing o f new reconstructive operation methods o fpatients with obliterate atherosclerosis.
The purpose o f our researching was investigating the efficiency o f using technique profundafem oral angioplasty in the operation femoral-tibial bypass grafting concerning to risk o f amputations in distant period.
41 patients were operated. From them 17 patients had surgeriesfemoral-tibial bypass grafting with profundafem oral angioplasty. Others, 24 patients had operations fem oral-tibial bypass grafting without profunda fem oral angioplasty. Patients were under our observation during 6 month and 48 month after operations.
We have analyzed the results o f operations and came to conclusion that using technique profunda fem oral angioplasty in operation fem oral - tibiaI bypass grafting, decrease the risk o f amputation in distant period. -

PROPHYLAXIS OF THE STRESS GASTRIC AND DUODENAL ULCERS AFTER RADICAL OPERATIONS IN THE PATIENTS WITH LIVER ALVEOCOCCOSIS
AbstractRadical and conditionally-radical operations were fulfilled in 52 patients. Four patients had gastroduodenal bleeding from stress gastric ulcer in a short-term period after operation (3-5 days). Two patients died, and two patients were saved. The methods o f stress ulcer prophylaxis (quamatel intravenous, oxygenous inhalation, ozonized solution intravenous, early enteral feeding) were elaborated. After these methods of prophylaxis used in 26 patients no one had stress ulcer.

OUR EXPERIENCE OF USING NASAL SEPTUM FLAP FOR CLOSING DEFECT OF ANTERIOR CRANIAL FOSSA AND ARRESTING OF LIQUORREA
AbstractFor liquidation of liquorrea via the defect of the skull base and in dura mater we used mucosal-perichondrium flap from nasal septum of the opposite site. It becomes possible if after removal of mucosa and skeleton of nasal septum on the affected site turned it on the opposite side and close the defect. In this situation a mucose should lay inferiorly. Above —mentioned method was used in 4 cases. In 3 of them wide-extended cancer of maxilla was diagnosed, in one case- osteoma with extension in anterior cranial fossa and in orbit. In all cases liquorrea was surely arrested and there were no intracranial complications.

SURGICAL CEREBRAL PROTRUSION IN RESUSCITATION THERAPY OF INTRACRANIAL HYPERTENSION DUE TO MENINGOCEREBRAL COMPLICATIONS WITH OTOLOGY AND RHINOLOGY GENESIS
AbstractThe analyze of a diagnosis and treatment of 8 patients with meningoencephalitis with expressed intracranial hypertension with otology and rhinology genesis have shown. Above —mentioned complications developed after an operations performed in connection with extended maxillofacial tumors with intracranial extension. In all cases in theframe ofresuscitation therapy a surgical cerebral protrusion was performed. The basic opportunities ofa surgical cerebral protrusion under dangerous intracranial hypertension as an extreme measure of resuscitation therapy were described and substantiated.

RELATIONSHIP OF ATRIAL FIBRILLATION AND RENAL DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE
Abstract105 patients with different functional classes of chronic heart falure (CHF) were investigatedfor estimation of linkage between renal function reduction of patients with chronic heart failure with conserved sinus rhythm (SR) and different atrial fibrillation (AF) forms. This study has investigated that the patients with constantform ofA F have significant larger left auricular dimensions then the patients with consen’ed SR, which was accompanied by severe renal functional reduction.

AbstractIt is analyzed the microbial structure isolated from 106 outpatients with community acquired pneumonia during 2007-2009yy.. It has been studied antibioticsusceptibility and antibioticresistance of the most frequently identified pathogens of CAP. According our data in 39% of all cases is isolated Streptococcus group A and the significance of other microorganisms is very low. The research of antibiograms isolated strains showed the highest susecptibity to cefotaxime in 100%.
