STRANGULATED INGUINAL HERNIA AT CHILDREN
AbstractWith aim to modification modes of plastic for strangulated inguinal hernia at children. There were 410 children with strangulated inguinal hernia which received surgical treatment. Hospital of emergency help in the years 2010-2012. In the age under 1 years -28,3% , 1-3 years-41,4% , 3-7 years-24,7 %, after 7 years-5,6 %. There were 91,2% boys and 8,8% girls. Because of dissection of anterior inguinal wall we discovered new plastic in inguinal canal which decrease the number of complications. There were no any complications after of plastic.

AbstractArticle presents results of morbidity investigation on child with Herpetic Viral Stomatitis, and Helminthes invasion as accompanying disease. From 1356 child with viral Stomatitis on 1050 Helminthes invasion as accompanying disease were obtained, which composes 77.4%.

THE METHODS OF URINE'S EVACUATION BY URETERAL WAY IN CHILDREN WITH HYPOSPADIAS
AbstractThere were 63 patients with hypospadias in the Children’s emergency Hospital, Urology Department since 2009 until 2013. All of them were treated by the uretroplastic of Duplei-Savchenko. All patients were divided by 2 groups : 34-drinage of urinary vesicle after operation with traditional method; 29-after 7 days from the operation the urinary catheter was changed. In the second group of patients we received improvement of the results of treatment and the complications were decreased to 5 %.

THE STRUCTURE OF PROTEIN-ENERGY MALNUTRITION IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
AbstractDifferent types of nutritional disorders are diagnosed by 33.7% of children, including diseases of protein-energy malnutrition at 28.5%, overweight-5.2%. The most common form of protein-energy malnutrition is short stature (22.8%), less likely to have discovered the lack of body mass (4.2%) and depletion (1.5%), short stature, severe almost in 2 times more often found among children (5.7%), those living in rural areas than among urban children (2.9%). Prevalence of low body weight to three years is 3, short stature in 5.8 times compared with the figures at the age of 6 months.

IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA AMONG CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS IN RURAL AREAS OF KYRGYZSTAN
AbstractIn rural Kyrgyzstan, nearly half of children (50.6%) at the age of 6-24 months were anemic, while 60.2% of children had an iron deficiency according to measurements of ferritin in plasma. Highest level of anemia was observed among children aged 12-18 months. Main reasons of high prevalence of anemia and iron deficiency are an extremely low level of exclusive breastfeeding of a child in first 6 months of life (14%) and non-adequate feeding practices after 6 months.

ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ANTIREFLUX THERAPY FOR BRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN COMBINATION REFLUX ESOPHAGITIS IN CHILDREN
AbstractIt was examined 26 children suffering from bronchial asthma (BA) with gastroesohageal reflux (GER), gastrointestinal disturbance (15 patients have stomach ulcer, duodenum’s problems, gastritis) and isolated BA. Patients diagnosed with GER were treated by anti-refluxed therapy. As a result it was found out among the patients treated with anti-refluxed therapy the dose of inhalation glucocorticoid and broncholytic medications decreased. This suggests that ER has pathogen tic role in the development of BA’s clinical symptoms.

THE NEPHROTIC SYNDROME AT CHILDREN
AbstractCytotoxic therapy by Cellcept was shown at 15 children with relapse, steroid depend nephrotic syndrome (NoS). Full remission of NoS is 60% of patients and duration till 1 year with cytotoxic therapy at 90 % and till 2 years without cytotoxic therapy at 10 %. Relapses are noted at 26 % of patients during cytotoxic therapy.

CHILDREN THROMBOCYTOPENIA
AbstractIt is shown that thrombocytopenia frequency takes the 2nd place in the structure of hemorrhagic diathesis. There is a certain dependence of the form of thrombocytopenia on the child’s age,the chronic course of disease is more often diagnosed atchildren aged 11-15 years of old. The concomitant diseases are found at 90,8% of children, the persistentinfections such as CMV, herpes simplex virus I-II, mycoplasma, toxoplasma, ureaplasma - 78,1% of patients, that undoubtedly have adverse effect on the course of acute and chronic thrombocytopenia.

AbstractIncreased incidence of gastric ulcer (GU) and duodenal ulcer (DU) in the world is a concern not only for physicians, but also for pediatricians. Analysis of recommendations Maastricht 4 and their introduction to clinical practice is a strategic task of modern medicine. Recommendations have been developed for specific assistance to practitioners in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases associated to H. Pylori. This article summarizes the main issues Maastricht-4 agreement and allocated points regarding diagnosis and treatment of peptic ulcer disease in children, which can be applied in Kyrgyzstan.

DYNAMICS OF PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT INDICATORS OF TWO-YEAR-OLD CHILDREN OF BISHKEK WHICH WAS BORN AS FULL-TERM WITH NUTRIENT DEFICIENCY
AbstractResearch of 395 2-year-old children, inhabitants of Bishkek, full-term, with signs of intrauterine growth retardation at a birth is carried out - 257 children with hypotrophic variant and 138 children with hypoplastic variant. It is defined, that in investigated groups there is a considerable number of cases of nutrient status disorder which reaches at hypotrophic variant of 35,1% at I degree and 61,3% at II degree, and at hypoplastic variant - 62,0% and 37,0% accordingly. It is noticed, that among 2-year-old children with signs of IUGR at a birth, irrespective of a clinical variant and severity level, children with disharmonious and sharply disharmonious physical development prevail- '. Microsomatic somatotype of physical development-1 is most often registered.

INFLUENCE OF LIMFOTROPHIC THERAPY ON ELECTROMIOGRAPHIC INDICATORS IN PATIENTS WITH HEMIPLEGIC FORM OF CEREBRAL SPASTIC INFANTILE PARALYSIS
AbstractThe two courses of limfotropny therapy increased the power of the quadriceps of paralyzed and non-paralyzed parts increasing the amount of their muscle offibers able to contract maximally. The muscle power of the biceps gastrocnemius of legs biceps of shoulder general flexor muscle of fingers improved by increasing the volume of muscle fibers and restoring the neuromuscular transmission enabling to work with maximal load.

THE PECULIARITY OF ANTIEPILEPTIC DRUGS SELECTION FOR CHILDREN WITH VESTA SYNDROME ACCORDING TO CLINICAL AND ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHIC CORRELATES
AbstractThe children with Vesta syndrome in amount of 83 people had been examined. The selection of anticonvulsant therapy was made according to hypsarhythmia type shown on the electroencephalogram. It was proved that mostly the children with Vesta syndrome had an atypical character of hypsarhythmia on the encephalogram which required prespcription of two or more antiepileptical medicines for treatment.

PREVALENCE OF METABOLIC SYNDROME AMONG OBESE CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
Abstract9% of all children and adolescents hospitalized in the endocrinology department of NCMChW for 10 months in 2013, are obese, established on the basis of Body Mass Index (BM1) > 90th percentile. 81.25% of the total number of obese patients had abdominal obesity (waist circumference WC > 90th percentile). Results: The combination of abdominal obesity, and the two criteria International Diabetes Federation (IDF) was found in 28,2% (11) patients, which coincides with the studies conducted in other countries in Asia.

AbstractPathological neonatal jaundice is one of the most actually problem in neonatology. The study involved the observation of 660 infants with hyperbilirubinemia syndrome. In article we studied etiological structure, clinical characteristics of the pathological neonatal jaundice at the present stage. Also the main risk factors for their occurrence are identified.
