  • STRANGULATED INGUINAL HERNIA AT CHILDREN

    Abstract

    With aim to modification modes of plastic for strangulated inguinal hernia at children. There were 410 children with strangulated inguinal hernia which received surgical treatment. Hospital of emergency help in the years 2010-2012. In the age under 1 years -28,3% , 1-3 years-41,4% , 3-7 years-24,7 %, after 7 years-5,6 %. There were 91,2% boys and 8,8% girls. Because of dissection of anterior inguinal wall we discovered new plastic in inguinal canal which decrease the number of complications. There were no any complications after of plastic.

    Abstract

    Article presents results of morbidity investigation on child with Herpetic Viral Stomatitis, and Helminthes invasion as accompanying disease. From 1356 child with viral Stomatitis on 1050 Helminthes invasion as accompanying disease were obtained, which composes 77.4%.

  • THE METHODS OF URINE'S EVACUATION BY URETERAL WAY IN CHILDREN WITH HYPOSPADIAS

    Abstract

    There were 63 patients with hypospadias in the Children’s emergency Hospital, Urology Department since 2009 until 2013. All of them were treated by the uretroplastic of Duplei-Savchenko. All patients were divided by 2 groups : 34-drinage of urinary vesicle after operation with traditional method; 29-after 7 days from the operation the urinary catheter was changed. In the second group of patients we received improvement of the results of treatment and the complications were decreased to 5 %.
