ASSOCIATION OF TRP64АARG POLYMORPHISM OF В3 ADRENOCEPTORS WITH LIPID PROFILE IN GROUP OF ETHNIC KYRGYZES

Abstract

in group of ethnic Kyrgyz the Arg64 allele of ADRB3 gene was associated with decreased HDL-cholesterol.

Keywords:

β–adrenoceptors, Trp64Arg polymorphism, lipid profile, atherogenic dyslipidemia.
