PROPHYLAXIS OF FOOD ALLERGY IS EARLY AGED CHILDREN USING GOOT MILK AND ITS PRODUCTS
Abstract
The aim of this investigation was to study the prevalence of food allergy among early aged children in Kazan according to a survey of parents especially the use of goat milk and its products. Using specially worked out questionnaire card 555 women having children up to 3 years were examined. The absolute majority of mothers (96%) used adapted mixtures based cow’s milk according to a survey of mothers it was found that 40,75 of them marked repeated manifestations of allergic reactions associated with meals in their children. The largest number of early aged children averse on mixed or substitute feeding. There were low frequencies of using goat milk and its products in the dust of children under 3 years and pediatricians information about the benefit of using goat milk and its products in children nutrition.
