АЯЛДЫН ЖЫНЫС ОРГАНДАРЫНЫН КУРГАК УЧУГУ (АДАБИЯТТАРГА СЕРЕП)

Аялдардын жыныс органдарынын кургак учугу, кургак учук микобактериясынын таякчасынан келип чыгат жана көбүнчө өпкө кургак учугунун экинчи түрү болуп саналат. Аялдардын жыныс органдарынын кургак учуктун таралышы так эмес, анткени көпчүлүк учурда ал өз убагында аныкталбайт. Ар кайсы өлкөлөрдө аялдардын жыныс органдарынын кургак учук оорусу 1% дан 30% ке чейин өзгөрөт. M. tuberculosis менен
биринчи жолу жуккан учурда таралуу кан жана/же лимфа жолу менен жүрөт жана ар кандай органдарда жашыруун формада сакталат. Инфекцияланган оорулуулардын 5-15 % микобактериялардын жашыруун формалары ар кандай факторлордун таасири астында кайра активдешип, экинчилик ооруну пайда кылат. Айрыкча өнүкпөгөн өлкөлөрдө аялдардын жыныс органдарынын кургак учугу этек киринин бузулушунун жана тукумсуздуктун негизги себеби болуп калууда. Аялдардын жыныс органдарынын кургак учугунун эң кеңири таралган көрүнүшү – жатын түтүктөрүнүн бузулушунан улам тукумсуздук, эндометриянын өтө төмөн кабыл алуу жөндөмдүүлүгү же энелик бездин запасы жана көлөмү төмөн болгон энелик бездин бузулушу. Аялдардын жыныс органдарынын кургак учугунун диагнозу тесттердин айкалышы менен ырастоону талап кылат. Гинекологдор оорулуунун тарыхын, жалпы физикалык текшерүү, абдоминалдык текшерүү жана гинекологиялык текшерүү аркылуу маалымат алуу менен башташы мүмкүн. Көкүрөк рентгени, өпкөнүн активдүү же мурунку кургак учуктун эски айыккан жараларын көрсөтүшү мүмкүн, бул жыныстык органдардын катышуусуна шектенүүгө алып келет. Аялдардын жыныс органдарынын кургак учугунун диагностикасынын салттуу ыкмаларына ар кандай сүрөттөө, бактериологиялык, молекулярдык жана патологиялык методдор кирет, алар пациенттердин аз гана пайызында оң болуп, көп учурларда абалды билинбей калтырышат. Өпкө кургак учугундагыдай эле, аялдардын жыныс органдарынын кургак учугу үчүн дарылоо жалпысынан алты айга созулат. Көптөгөн тобокелдиктерден улам аялдардын жыныс органдарынын кургак учугунда хирургия сунушталбайт жана кургак учукка каршы оозеки терапия сунушталат. Өпкө кургак учугу менен ооругандарга инфекциялык чараларды сактоо, ошондой эле сунушталган терапия режимин сактоо зарылчылыгы жөнүндө маалымат берүү чоң мааниге ээ.
