Тактика ведения при высоком риске ишемических осложнений сосково-ареолярного комплекса ри вторичной маммопластике
Аннотация
За последние десятилетия пластическая хирургия в Кыргызстане претерпела значительный рост. В условиях недостаточного послеоперационного наблюдения, медицинские учреждения страны сталкиваются с ростом обращений по поводу осложнений, связанных с длительным пребыванием устаревших имплантов в организме. По мере истечения срока службы имплантов (в среднем 10-15 лет), всё чаще стали фиксироваться случаи их старения, капсулярной контрактуры, деформации, риплинга, а также интракапсулярных и экстракапсулярных разрывов. Рост числа вторичных маммопластик, обусловленный старением имплантатов и осложнениями, повышает риск ишемии сосково-ареолярного комплекса. Существующие шкалы оценки риска не в полной мере учитывают специфические факторы вторичных вмешательств. В связи с этим целью данной работы является демонстрация эффективности
