In the article the actual problem of pharmaceutical staff preparing in Kyrgyzstan, the questions of pharmaceutical help to population with aim of effective, safe, available and suitable drug therapy are discussed.

The article reviews pharmacogenetic aspects of modern personalized medicine. Literary sources on genetical research made in the Kyrgyz Republic have been analyzed.

Pharmaceutic Dissertation Council to defend dissertations on specialty 15.00.01 – drug production technology and pharmacy organization was opened in I.K. Akhunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy in 2004. First chairman of this council was Nanaeva M.T. For period of council working the 1 doctor and 13 candidate dissertations were defended on pharmaceutical sciences. The opening of Pharmaceutic Dissertation Council promoted to activation of high quality scientific-pedagogic staff preparing in pharmacy.

This article presents the main difficulties of pharmacotherapy in pregnancy.

As a result of pharmacoeconomic investigation it was revealed that depending on the treatment scheme expenses on efficiency unit are considerably varied during the treatment of chronic generalized parodontitis. But taking into consideration clinical efficiency and economic advantage of different schemes of complex treatment of chromic parodontitis it was revealed that the best treatment in clinical practice was antimicrobe therapy with rovamicine in combination with laser therapy and antimicrobe therapy with rovamicine in combination with 0,2 % water solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate.

The article presents the main results of market analysis fluoroquinolone antibiotics conducted in Bishkek pharmaceutical institutions.

For the purpose of the estimation of level and tendencies of abortions among citizens of Bishkek a survey by questionnaire of 730 women was conducted. The purpose was to find out reproductive anamnesis, pregnancy termination, quantity of abortions, motivation, place where abortion is carried out and type of postabortal complications. It was revealed that 40% of all pregnancies finished in abortions, in addition to that 46% of women had 1 abortion, 67% of respondents had more than 1 abortion and 5% of women had more than 6. Age-specific ratio, calculated on 1000 women, has its maximum at the age of 25-29 and equals to 117.

In experiment on dogs at modeling of geterotransfusion shock there were studied hemodynamic system, surface activity, and the electrolytes content in bronchoalveolar lavage and in blood plasma.

Results of this work satisfy that the prophylaxis byКоQ₁₀ decreases the degree of catecholaminecell injury initiated by oxygen deficiency due to high altitude hypoxia and epinephrine toxic action, prevent myocardial necrosis progressing and myocardial infarction development. Positive influence of КоQ₁₀prophylaxis on catecholamine myocardial necrosis was determined in same level in both low altitude and high altitude conditions.

State of a vascular layer of an eye in different terms of adaptation to Alpin conditions on experimental rabbits has been studied.The phase character of structural changes of vessels of the iris, cilliary body and chorioidea in the process of adaptation has been revealed; During first 15 days the increasing of blood circulation with dilatation of thearteriol of the vascular layer is observed. After 30 days neogenesis, with the constriction of arteriole’s diameter in comparison with the control is registered.

It was studied the influence of “Babaev’s chest elixir” herbal drug on morpho-functional state of experimental animals internal organs in conditions of its repeated use. It was established, that this herbal drug causes moderate toxicity such as vasodilatations and edema in internal organs, dystrophic changes of hepatocytes and renal glomeruli in doses exceeding high human daily dose (recommended in clinics) in 5 and 10 folders.

The phytochemical analysis of species of Rhodiola is made, grown in the Kyrgyzstan territory, in comparison with known phytoadaptogen Rhodiola rosea L., with the aim of medicinal agents production with adaptogenic property.
