AbstractOur dates indicate that the parasitic diseases reach high level in our Republic. It is jointed with agriculture and the poor level of personal hygiene of population. The children are amenable for those diseases, mostly. The deficiency of staff in parasitological works, remain as big problem.

ULTRASOUND SCANNING OF THE PELVIC ORGANS AT WOMEN IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF DISEASES OF UTERINE APPENDAGES

XPERT MTB/RIF ASSAY IN DIAGNOSIS OF EXTRA-PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN THE KYRGYZREPUBLIC
AbstractThe Republican Reference Laboratory by the Xpert MTB/RIF analysis has tested 87 samples of extra-pulmonary pathological materials. We identified the DNA of M. tuberculosis in 21 cases (25%). DNA o f M.tuberculosis with a mutation in the gene rpoB, leading to the development of resistance to rifampicin, was found in 4 patients (5%). ТВ with preserved sensitivity to rifampicin was found in 17 cases (20%).

MANIFESTATION OF A MENOPAUSAL SYNDROME AT WOMEN OF ADVANCED AND SENILE AGE OF IN HABITANTS OF BISHKEK.
AbstractWith the purpose of elderly women general and reproductive health estimation we examined 251 elderly women, constantly living in Bishkek. The age o f women varied from 62 to 85. They have a high level of cardiovascular pathologies, urogenital abnormalities and manifestations of postmenopausal osteoporosis. The findings of our research showed that all women have some disease or combination of multiple diseases.

HERNIAL HILUS PLASTY BY LICHTENSTEIN METHOD AS AN EFFECTIVE METHOD OF INGUINAL HERNIA TREATMENT
AbstractAnalysis of the treatment of 47 patients with inguinal hernias at the age of 17-83 years was presented. Among them there were 45 men and 2 women. Hernioplasty in 18 patients was executed according to Lichtenstein method, and in 29 patients
it was executed according to the modified method. -
SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PTOSIS AND PROLAPSE OF THE VAGINA AND UTERUS IN WOMEN USING POLYPROPYLENE MESH-COATED
AbstractThe results of surgical treatment of 52 women with stress enuresis and genital prolapse are presented in this arcticle. Vesicourethral angle became bare and circular unresolved suture was laied on the urethra and it was fixed to the periosteum of public bone. Then the anterior plasty on vagina was carried out. There were no recidivations during the period from 6 months till 2 years. In the long-term period showed a significant improvement of quality of life.

Abstractthis article deals with analysis of antibacterial therapy in patients with acute myeloid leucosis (ami) with febrile granulocytopenia. We study the variants o f starting antibacterial therapy and estimate effectiveness of treatment of empiric antibiotic therapy. Infectious complications in patimts with febrile granulocytopenia are analysed Recommendations for the treatment of acute Myeloid leucopenia with febrile granulocytopenia are made.

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF THE PATIENTS WITH POSTCHOLECYSTECTOMY SYNDROME
AbstractThe results of examination and treatment of the patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome are presented in the article. The functional disturbances were in 47 patients and organic disturbances were in 85 patients. The complications in postoperative period were in 6 patients (7,1%). There were no lethal outcomes.

PROPHYLAXIS OF WOUND COMPLICATIONS IN OPERATIVE GYNECOLOGY
AbstractPresented in this paper are the results of the use of antibiotics (Group 1) and of infrared radiation in combination with ozonated solutions (Group 2) in 92 patients with acute gynecological diseases. In Group 1, complications occurred in seven out of 60 patients; in Group 2 — in one patient out of 32.

AbstractIn this report discussed the role of coagulopathy in the causes of massive obstetric hemorrhage and experience of 258 (of which 51, 5% non-removal of the uterus) operations with ligation of vessels and holding antifibrinolytic therapy (tranexamic acid) in critical situations in maternity institutions o f the Kyrgyz Republic.

COMPLICATIONS PROPHYLAXIS AFTER OPERATIONS IN POSTOPERATIVE VENTRAL HERNIA
AbstractThe results of prophylaxis methods in 26 patients with complications are presented. The plasty with preservation of abdominal cavity volume has been carried out in these patients. They have got cephasolin before and at the end of the operation, and irrigation of the wound surface with ozonized solution. Only one patient had complication. It was infiltrate.

AbstractIn the article the reasons and the results of investigation of periodontal diseases in pregnant with obstetric pathology
were presented. The high prevalence of periodontal diseases in different categories o f pregnant was revealed. The increasing of periodontal diseases prevalence with increasing the term of pregnancy was noted with maximum at the end of II trimester.
