ABOUT CONDITION PEREOXIDE LIPIDS OXIDATION AND ANTIOXIDANT DEFENSE OF CHILDREN IN SHARPNESS AND UNINTERRUPTED PURULENT DISEASE MIDDLE EAR
AbstractThe aim of this work – to learn about of pereoxide lipids oxidation and antioxidant defense of children in sharpness and uninterrupted purulent disease middle ear. In this research explained rate of production pereoxidate lipids (dian steeds and malon dialdegids) and antioxidant system (katalaza and super oxiddismutaza) with children, of sharpness and acute suppurative otitis media (n=47) and with purulent uninterrupted mezotimpanit (n=125) and so that uninterrupted purulent epitimpanit and epitimezotimpanit (n=49). In this result compared these indicators with healthy children. Pereoxidant lipids pointers considerable increase and creasing of activation ferments for these patients so these excusing of diseases and cases of clines explained bring of changes. So that, these indicators are changed clinical disease and forms

OUR WORK OF URGENT TIMFONAPLASTIC IN SHARP TRAUMATIC RAPTURE OF EARDRUM AND SNAIL MEMBRANE WITH LIVERY
AbstractIn this work was carry out the studying about effective using of urgent timponaplastic by using farcies of surface muscles as the transplotation in sharp traumatic average oЕtis with rapture of Еrst and second membrane of average oЕtis, complicated by the likvary are 83 patients.The results of urgent timponaplostic raptures of eardrum with the rapture of a snail membranes with the livery is the effective method of surgery treatment. It helped to reach good morphological and functional results.

AbstractOne of the most frequent causes of sudden hearing loss in the structure of the ear diseases in most cases, are different injury (barotrauma,mechanical, acoustic, etc.). Using modern methods of audiological diagnostics and methods of surgical rehabilitation (tympanoplasty) can restore the integrity of the middle ear and the functional properties of the auditory analyzer.

HEARING LOSS OF SOIL RELATED TO MARRIAGE AS A FACTOR IN HEREDITARY DISEASE (LITERATURE REVIEW)
AbstractIn this review, widely covered issues related hearing loss on the basis of marriage, as a factor in hereditary disease. According to Tajik authors set out the direction of research, population geography of hereditary diseases. Population with speciшc characteristics, in particular, a high level of consanguinity highlights factors such as inbreeding because of the existence izolyanta. The analysis of clinical audiology and hearing loss vestibulometricheskih features motivated rodsvennogo marriage. Analysis of published material suggests that there really is hereditary - familial form of hearing loss among locals Tajikistan. These studies are interesting in that peculiar Tajikistan mononatsionalnye marriage, the existence of mountain izolyantov, high frequency of consanguineous marriages.

There are the results of hirudotherapy in complex treatment of 14 patients with chronical sensorineural deafness. LOCAL APPLICATION OF INTERLEIKIN-1B AT THE TIME OF PURULENT ANTVITISES
AbstractThe effectiveness of interleikin-1b (betaleukin) was studied on 82 patients with purulent diseases of accessory nasal sinuses through assessment of mucocilliary clearance condition. The mucocilliary clearance restoration dynamics of the patients with purulent antvitises who were treated by betaluekin were much efŅcient comparing to the control group.

AbstractIn this article author describes his practice of surgical rehabilitation of external nose deformations, combined with pathology of nasal cavity and accessorial nasal sinuses based on the examination of 256 patients with named pathology. During the work some methods of operation were optimized and improved. Simultaneous operation of combined pathologies of nose, nasal cavity and accessorial nasal sinuses showed their effectiveness and possibility.

CLINIC-IMMUNOLOGICAL FEATURES THE CURRENT OF THE CHRONIC TONSILLITIS AT A HIV-INFECTED CHILDREN DEPENDING ON INFECTION WAYS
AbstractObjective of this research is the analysis and an estimation clinic-immunological features a current of a chronic tonsillitis at HIV-infected children depending on infection ways.It is shown, that HIV-infected children till 14 years with сhronic tonsillitis makes 32 patients. From them at 17 patients the HIV -infection has developed in the perinatal period, at 15 sick of a parenteral way. On 15 patients with parenteral HIV- infected clinical symptoms and immunological indicators are most expressed. Sum up, it is necessary to note that clinical symptoms and immunological indicators of chronic tonsillitis at HIV-infected children makes high percent.

AbstractThe study revealed the signiŸcant changes of the microbiocenosis of the respiratory tract, caused by the decline of indigenous micro(ora and the increase in the content of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms. These changes depend on the number of the cases and they in(uence the clinical progress of the infection. We established the stages of forming the мicrobiocenosis of the respiratory tract in children with recurrent stenosing laryngotracheitis.

ANALYSIS OF THE SURGICAL TREATMENT EFFECTIVITY OF NASOPHARYNGEAL ANGIOFIBROMA
AbstractA total of 74 patients have been operated at the clinic of Samarkand state medical institute №1 during the last 10 years for the removal of angioɌbroma of nasopharynx (AN). In most of them, the tumor was diagnosed at the late stages of development. Accordingly, the scarcity and non-speciɌc character of early clinical manifestations of the disease taken together with complicated topographic anatomy of angioɌbromas and the difɌculty of detailed visualization of the affected zone in patients account for their late hospitalization. AN prevailed in the spheno-ethmoidal and basilar regions. The patients were operated through the transoral, the transnasal and the nasomaxillary approach as described by Denker and Moure. Relapses were documented in 6 (8%) patients.

TREATMENT OF CHRONIC FOCI OF INFECTION OF UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT AND THE RESPIRATORY TRACT
AbstractStudied the effectiveness of Ribomunil in 1018 patients with recurrent otitis media, sinusitis, rhinopharyngitis,rhinosinusitis аnd pharyngolaryngitis. Ribomunyl reduced the frequency of episodes of infectious diseases in patients, the incidence of sinusitis, rhinopharyngiti , rhinosinusitis, farinotonzilitov decreased by 90% , infectious rhinitis 40% , acute otitis media by 25% , reducing the umber of bronchopulmonary complications by 75 %. Were the results regarding the duration of episodes of illness, antibiotic use ( reduced demand by 71% ), use of adjuvant therapy ( 57% reduction ).

AbstractIn the work the study of long-term results of operative treatment septoplasty using plastic material of nikelid - titanium in 45 patients with the deformation of the external nose caused by long injury. Long-term results of surgical treatment proves that septoplasty using plastic material of nikelid - titanium is the most effective method of surgical treatment of traumatic deformities of the nose and nasal septum and gives good functional results . It can be recommended for wide practical applications in otorhinolaryngology.

OUR EXPERIENCE OF COMPLEX TREATMENT GIPOTONUS DYSPHONIA USING DRUG CAVINTON
AbstractThe authors investigated the effectiveness of using the drug cavinton in treatment in 45 patients with gipotonus dysphony. The results of the comprehensive treatment gipotonus dysphony using the drug in combination cavinton fonopedy and acupuncture in 45 ( 40.0 %) patients , increased the efƉciency of treatment , thereby improving the quality of life of patients. Cavintonum drug recommended in treatment gipotonus dysphony and wide application in practical phoniatrics.

CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF INTRAUTERINE CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTION I N N E W B O R N S A N D I N FA N T S
AbstractThe article assesses the severity of the condition of children with intrauterine cytomegalovirus infection. Analysis of the stage of severity of disease showed that in infants and children dominates the middle stage of severity of infection (74,8 ± 2,9%), severe stage was registered in 19,3 ± 3,3% of cases, extremely severe stage – in 3,8±1,3%, light – in 2,4±1,0% of cases.

AbstractStudies often used method of correlation analysis, which allows to establish relationships between the studied parameters, the amount of coupling between them , the degree of in媰uence on each other . Choosing this method it provides an opportunity to consider the relationship and the relationship between the individual indicators of the central hemodynamics. Correlation analysis revealed hemodynamic relationships that are mostly random and traced certain patterns in the groups studied.
