Abstract

In the work were presented the results of surgical treatment of 96 patients with paroxysmal forms
of hypospadias, aged from 3 to 26 years. Of all patients, we divided into 3 groups: the first group of 30 patients was operated with the method of buccalurethroplasty in the modification of the clinic, the second group of 35 patients was operated by the Dupley method and the third group of 31 patients were operated using the Landerer method. In the analysis of complications in 3 groups of patients, the next were established, we noted both early and late postoperative complications. The main complications that have been observed in patients are: urethral fistulas, hair growth in the urethral lumen, urethritis and the remote postoperative period there was psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Summing up the evaluation of the results of surgical treatment of hypospadias, it is important to note the next. Using three techniques for surgical correction of hypospadias, we obtained a significantly greater number of complications in the Dupley and Landerer operation compared with the operation of buccalurethroplasty with the use of a continuous screw-in sealed joint.
