OPTIMIZED ENDOCAPSULAR MECHANIC PHACOFRAGMENTATION DURING ULTRASONIC PHACOEMULSIFICATION OF CATARACT

This article describes an optimized mechanical endocapsular phacofragmentation by ultrasonic phacoemulsification cataract . 22 patients were operated with varying degrees of hardness of cataracts using mechanical endocapsular phacofragmentation . In terms of monitoring up to a month good visual function and the absence of complications were observed in all the eyes.
