CASE OLIGOSYMPTOMATIC INFECTIOUS MYOCARDITIS COMPLICATED BY ACUTE KIDNEY INJURY

Involvement in the process of the kidneys in patients with subacute myocarditis has insufficiently studied. The clinical picture is nonspecific and asymptomatic myocarditis complicate a true assessment of the prevalence of the disease in the population. This article presents a rare clinical case of acute kidney injury in a patient with subacute myocarditis. Acute kidney injury was a consequence of low ejection fraction of the left ventricle, leading to inadequate perfusion and reduced renal blood flow.
