DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTIC LARYNGOSCOPE PICTURE OF CANCER OF VOCAL CORDS AND CERTAIN DISEASES OF THE LARYNX

As is well known when the primary cancer is localized on the vocal folds, the patient's complaints were limited to the clarification of onset of the tumor, which appeared disorder fonatory functions. The latter is gradually growing, but is clearly manifested in the development of I stages of cancer. However, the violation is recorded voices and in many other diseases of the larynx. Therefore, the detection of the symptoms output required laryngoscopy before making a definite diagnostic had been done.
