LOKAL DISTRIBUTION MYOCYTES IN THE CAPSULE OF LEFT AND RIGHT BRONCHOPULMONARY LYMPH NODES IN ADOLECENCE POSTNATAL ONTOGENESIS

Abstract

Introduction: due to the muscle layer in the wall of the lymph vessels and lymph nodes possess a capsule contractile ability by participating in the promotion of lymph.
Objective: the study o f architectonic capsule bronchopulmonary lymph nodes, the number and relationship o f myocytes with collagen and elastic fibers in adolescence o fpostnatal ontogenesis.
Research methods: produced total preparations by the methodproposed Borisov A.V. Sections were stained with Van Gisone by Weigert.
Results: established indicators o f the number o fmuscle cells located in different parts o fthe capsule bronchopulmonary lymph nodes and their corre­ lation with collagen and elastic fibers.
Conclusions: It is shown that the tendency to the predominance o f the number o f myocytes in the left bronchopulmonary lymph nodes in adolescent
children.
