Resume. Received individual primers and adapted work program for PCR diagnosis of canine distemper. Polymerase chain reaction investigated samples obtained from diseased animals. The possibility of detection of canine distemper virus RNA by polymerase chain reaction with primers derived from the reverse transcription and optimized method of production. It is shown that the selected primers characterized by high sensitivity and reliability.
