Abstract

Summary. Damage to soft and bony tissues, in particular in the maxillofacial region, often leads to death in patients with hemophilia due to severe prolonged and difficult-to-stop bleeding. Based on their experience, the authors pointed out the peculiarities of the clinical course of injuries in patients with bleeding disorders. It was pointed out that the hematomas of these patients dissolve well under the influence of hemostatic therapy, while the use of physiotherapy, vasodilating ointments and compresses is inexpedient. Medical measures should be conducted only in hematological hospitals under the supervision of a doctor-hematologist and maxillofacial surgeon.
