TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT AND STANDARDIZATION OF THE CAPSULATED FORM OF DRY EXTRACT PADUS GRAYANAE MAXIM

Abstract

The results of the development of the composition and technology of obtaining the dry extract Padus Grayanae maxim in the form of capsules obtained by freeze drying are presented. In the process of developing a solid dosage form - capsules obtained by the classical method, their quality indicators are established: description, average mass, disintegration, dissolution, quantitative content of biologically active substances, microbiological purity. The obtained indicators are used in the development of analytical normative documentation for the ready dosage form in the form of capsules.
