Abstract

Resume: In this paper the tasks are set for the preparation of a fully developed personality, capable not only of absorbing a large amount of knowledge, but also possessing certain professional skills are presented. Increasing the training load, increasing the flow of information, solves the problem of the effectiveness of education, but this worsens the physical and mental well-being of schoolchildren.
