Annotation: In this study, statistical analysis of data on epidemiology, the effectiveness of surgical treatment, and the further quality of life with metastatic brain lesions over the past three years (2015-2017) was used. With the improvement of early diagnosis, which provides timely detection of solitary, miliary and small metastases, leads to the conclusion that, at the slightest cerebral symptomatology, it is necessary to diagnose for the presence of metastasis in the brain. Over the years, the frequency of treatment of patients with metastatic brain lesions has increased in the Kyrgyz Republic. Thus, rational surgery of tumor metastases in the brain can be considered a method of choice, which allows to increase the duration and improve the quality of life for operated patients.
