THE SURGERY TREATMENT RESULTS OF ACHALASIA CARDIA

Resume: There were presented the results of the oesophagocardiomyotomy on Geller-De Brune Groeneveldt in 16 patients at the age of 18-66 with the achalasia cardia (AC). Male - 6, Female - 10. The disease duration from 1 year to 6 years. The 3rd stage of the disease was confirmed in 12 of the patients, 2nd stage - 4 patients. The confirmation was made by fluoroscopy of the esophagus and gastroscopy. Oesophagocardiomyotomy was made in our clinic to 13 of the patients by laparotomy access. 3 patients were performed the oesophagocardi-omyotomy with anterior gemioesophagofundoplication by Dor techniques using of endo-video surgical tech nologies. During the surgery and in early post-surgery periods a specific complications related to the surgery were not detected. Lethal cases are absent. Long-term results were studied among 10 patients (from 6 months to 5 years). All of the patients felt satisfactorily, dysphagia and pyrosis were not detected, recovery of weight and improvement of general health condition were observed.
