SYNDROME OF “WET LUNG”. FORENSIC MEDICAL EVALUATION (sectional practice)
Abstract
Resume: The article cites the case of expert practice on establishing the couse-effect halation ship of the onset of death 8-9 days after receiving multiple fractures of the ribs. The cause of death had several mediated, related pathological processes with the visiting trauma fractures of the ribs-pain syndrome-superficial paradoxical breathing-secretion of the secretion in the bronchial tubes development of the “wet lung” syndrome - impairment of the respiratory function-circulating disturbance - stagnation in a small circle - cardiovascular insufficiency - death.
