ETIOLOGICAL STRUCTURE AND ANALYSIS OF THE CLINICAL COURSE OF SEVERE FORMS OF VIRAL HEPATITIS (BASED ON MATERIALS OF INTENSIVE CARE UNIT OF THE REPUBLICAN CLINICAL INFECTIOUS DISEASES HOSPITAL)
Abstract
Summary: Abstract: the article analyzes the etiological structure of severe forms of viral hepatitis on the example of patients admitted to the intensive care unit of the Republican clinical infectious diseases hospital in Bishkek. The age aspect of the sick, epidemiological anamnesis, clinical symptoms, concomitant pathology laboratory data were studied in detail. Identified the prevalence (37%) undifferentiated viral hepatitis, hepatitis of other etiology, with the highest frequency (92.9%) of deaths.
