PATHOMORPHOLOGY OF THE MICROCIRCULATORY BED WITH A PROGRESSIVE COURSE OF ISCHEMIC STROKE
Abstract
Summary: The investigation showed that microcirculation has own pecularities in different forms of progres sive ischemic brain lesions. Original dynamic changes of amount deusity, hole and cross-section square of vessels were revealed. General cross-section of standard venous value may be used as diagnostic indicator of venous stagnation development revealing in different level during whole investigation duration. Destructive changes originate in the counterpart (intact) brain hemisphere.
