APPLICATION EUBIOTIK IN COMPLEX THERAPY OF DESTRUCTIVE FORMS OF PERIODONTITIS

Abstract

The medicamentous means used in treatment of destructive forms of periodontitis have to possess except antiseptic properties, anti-inflammatory action and ability to suppress granulation epitelial tissness, to stimulate processes of regeneration of bone tissue in the periapical center. In article comparative studying of zaapicalny therapy of two groups of research is carried out: with use antiseptics Chlorhexidine and Lactobacterine. It is revealed that at treatment of destructive periodontitis application of antiseptics without correction of microflora of an oral cavity by bacterial preparations, in most cases aggravates dysbacteriosis. Treatment wich eubiotik in this case can be carried out both during active treatment, and at the stage, supporting therapy.
