ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF PAID MEDICAL SERVICES BY PATIENTS OF TERTIARY LEVEL HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
In this paper by questioning patients it was analyzed the quality o f paid medical services in health organizations of tertiary level (HO TL). Determined the degree of satisfaction with medical care, depending on the level of its provision (outpatient and inpatient). Based on these results it was calculated the index of patient satisfaction with provided medical care.
