STAGES OF CREATION OF THE KAZAKH LINGUAL VERSION OF A QUESTIONNAIRE OF THE EUROPEAN ORGANIZATION OF RESEARCH AND CANCER THERAPY – EORTC QLQ-C30

Abstract

The modern data concerning research of oncologic patients’ quality of life with the help of the international questionnaire of EORTC QLQ-C30 are submitted in this work. According to international standards language and cultural adaptation of EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire was made with taking into account ethno-linguistic features of population, tool validation and the Kazakh lingual version of a questionnaire EORTC QLQ-C30 equivalent to the original was created. The created version is characterized by high psychometric properties.
