The article presents the results of histological studies of the interaction of dental pulp and periodontal connective tissue with material based on MTA Rootseal. It was found that the material does not interfere with the processes of tissue fluid circulation between Rootseal grains, as well as germination between microvascular. The development of the vascular component near the material and its thickness indicates the absence of toxic effects on the tooth tissue regeneration. Intensive development of connective tissue vascular component close to the material Rootseal, as well as the formation of microvascular network in the material itself is the main trophic factor that depends on high speed tooth soft tissue healing.
