Degenerative diseases of the spine in the structure of the neurological disease is 52%, of which 81% are located in the lumbosacral region. The study group included 41 patients who were operated in the period from 2005 to 2014. Among them, 21 men and 20 women, aged 18 to 75 years old, the average age was 38 years.
